HANCOCK ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION LLC

My experience with Hancock Roofing & Construction LLC Company was terrible. We weren’t satisfied with their workmanship. The roofing lines don’t seem to be symmetrical. They did a patch over job right on the front door that we weren’t happy with. We complained to them but they did nothing. They charged us anyways even though they had told us initially that they had our satisfaction guaranteed. However, they did not stand behind their guarantee. There was roof trash left over all in my house inside the attic which was discovered by an electrician that did some work in our attic. The trash is still lying around until today; it was never cleaned or picked up even after I told them about it. I would have called them at least ten times but nobody from Hancock Roofing & Construction LLC Company returned my calls. I even sent them emails. I finally decided to hold back their charge on my credit card and that’s when I finally got a call back from them. The person who called me told me that they were not planning to do anything about the roof that they messed up. They just have one person who handles customer complaints. He is just a talker who is very unprofessional. We had roof leaks before we wanted to put in a new roof and they did not replace any of the underlining boards. When I asked them about it they told me that I had not informed them about the leaks. That was supposed to be done anyways. Then they put in the wrong color flashing on my house which did not match at all. I was here when they had put in the flashing; they didn’t even ask me which color we wanted. I have a peach colored house and they put in black flashing; it looked horrible. I made them rip it off and we bought white flashing for them to put up. They did not reimburse us or take the price off on the new flashing that I bought. They were just horrible. They were recommended by our insurance company. I would never use them again in the future.
