We have had such bad storms, and so when it doesn't rain, trees are falling over. So we've had some of our trees go down just recently. They are really, really good.

Azur showed up as scheduled to give estimate. It took a couple of weeks to get work scheduled because of recent storm damage in area, but I wasn't in a hurry and they communicated throughout the process. They showed up right on time on the morning the work was scheduled. Workers were pleasant and efficient. It's fascinating to watch the skill involved in working with big trees. They were careful to lower branches using a guide rope rather than just letting them fall. All debris was cleaned up and they made certain I was pleased with the job before they left.

I thought the workers did a very good job. The workers were professional and friendly as well. The job went quickly and I thought that the price was quite good as well. Everything turned out exactly how I wanted it.

These guys did what they came to do. They gave me what I considered to be a reasonable price. They were always on time, cleaned out my garden very well, and I was very pleased with the work they did.

They beat the estimates I had from other companies. Their crews were here right on time. He had full crews working on the 2 trees at the same time. Both trees were down within the first 30 minutes. He had a lot of guys there to clean up. The stump grinder is actually another company they hire, so he came later in the day, but I didn't have to be there.

This was the first company I spoke with. The scope of work changed over time. This company representative was very knowledgeable and professional, but primarily responded to my requests for pricing on certain work. His proposal seemed to be significantly higher than the other firms I spoke with, even with the changes in scope. But this firm is certainly professional, knowledgeable and capable. Probably do great on larger, more challenging jobs and upscale clients.

Everything was exceptionally well done, people on the phone were professional and friendly, appointment for estimate was on time, work was done at the time promised, cut portions of the trees that were lowered to the ground with ropes to prevent yard damage and clean up was so good you would never know they were there except for the freshly cut stumps. the price was fair, half of what another company wanted. Some people may be fearful of a lower price like me. Not to worry with this company. High quality, fair price and people you can trust.

Claimed to service South Forsyth Co. Needed 5 Bradford Pears pruned and 2 large trees removed. Told me I had to pay a $20 trip charge for the estimate and then never returned my calls.

Very prompt & professional. Job done to complete satisfaction. They carefully removed large tree off play structure without causing any additional damage to structure. After they left I noticed one stump was not cut as low as I would have liked, & after I called them about it they returned the same day to take care of it without question. Price very competitive. Would definitely use again.

Redfern arrived on time and did everything in a professional manner. They trimmed a lot of trees in our backyard to give us more sunlight and also shaped up some trees to look better. They cleaned everything up and left my yard looking better and cleaner that it was before they got there. They worked very hard and did a fantastic job.

THE TRUCK DRIVER PLEASANTLY ASKED IF WE NEEDED MULCH FOR OUR YARD, WE SAID YES. HE ASKED WHERE HE COULD DUMP IT, WE SHOWED HIM AND HE DID. A CREW OF ABOUT 8 MEN CUT DOWN THE TREES (IN SMALL PIECES.) WE MOVED THE PIECES TO THE CURB TO SAVE MONEY.

A MAN FROM REDFERN WAS SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE SOMETIME BETWEEN 1:30 AND 3:30 IN THE AFTERNOON. SHORTLY AFTER 3:30 A WOMAN CALLED TO TELL US THAT THE ESTIMATOR COULD NOT MAKE IT, BUT THAT HE HAD ASSESSED THE JOB EARLIER THAT DAY, AND WOULD SEND US AN ESTIMATE IN THE MAIL. WE NEVER RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE.
