Great people to work with. The installers were very polite and quick.

They were prompt and the service was excellent. The salesman, Cesar Martinez, was very personable and took his time to explain the product and the services. The installers were prompt and did a great job with the window installation. They cleaned up everything and hauled the old windows away. My house looks brand new. Great company.

Cesar Martinez, the project manager, gave a very professional presentation on the quality of the Green View product and installation skills. A lot of attention was paid to the demonstration window that has fancy mechanisms for opening and closing, which were not applicable in my case. The way Cesar approaches it, he wants to win a customer for life, so the fact that my first order contains only solid-state windows does not influence the content of his presentation. As Green View came highly recommended from Angie's List and from my neighbor who introduced Cesar to me, I went ahead and contracted to have the 5 windows replaced at the first meeting, and put down 50%. I saw no need to interview other candidates, as the estimate was within what I was expecting to have to pay after replacing 6 windows a few years ago with Home Depot. The holidays ensued with no further contact, but I was called in early January as promised to schedule installation. I was told that the work would start after noon and be finished before 6pm. The lack of precision was not an issue, as I expected to be home the entire time. However, my dad later decided to make his annual visit and stay an extra day, to include installation day. Cesar showed up soon after noon and was irked that his team had not arrived. He confirmed that they had gotten hung up on a previous job and would not arrive until 3pm. That gave my dad and me a chance to go out to lunch. At 2:30pm, Cesar called and said that his crew had arrived, but could not get in. My dad and I joked that, if we had sat there hungrily waiting, they probably would not have shown up until 5 minutes before 6pm. We rushed home and made it in 5-10 minutes. I apologized for not being home, and the crew of 3 got to work. They got all 5 windows in, but it started to get dark around 5:30, and they had more caulking to do on the outside. They asked if it would be a problem if they came back the next morning to finish. Since the remaining work was only on the outside, I did not mind, as I did not even need to be home. This morning, they finished up, and cleaned up nicely. It is now obvious to me that I did have seal failure, as the new windows let noticeably more light in. Cesar returned a few hours later to inspect the results. We both looked outside and inside, and found no defects. I was not worried about signing off on the job, because the work is warranted anyway for as long as I own the house. The warranty can be transferred twice to new owners. I am currently very happy with the results. If the appearance of the windows deteriorates as fast as that of my previous replacements did, I will switch providers like I did this time. Otherwise, I will stick with Green View.

The workers were punctual and worked through sun and rain. After they left, the time was for us to experience the difference. The weather cooled but inside the temperature held for so much longer than with our former windows. This was especially noticeable in our bonus room over the garage. It is the farthest from the heating system, so therefore it stays the coolest in the winter and hotter in the summer than the rest of the upstairs. Well, using only a small heater instead of the larger one I had to use before, the temperature is so much more constant and warm. Before, the air cracks in around the windows seeped with cold in the winter and hot in the summer. I really love our new windows and would recommend Green View Remodeling to everyone that asks. They have done a great job and stand by their work. We just had to replace two windows in our garage that were not correct. They got them in the morning, by 2:30pm they were in our garage. Great people to work with! I would do it again!

We had already had two other companies provide quotes (1 was outrageous and 1 was actually lower than what Green View provided) before having Mike from Green View come to our house. Green View contacted me after I entered my information in online and was flooded with calls. I was about to give up completely, but decided I would see what they had to say. The quote was slightly above the lowest quote we had on the table, but the quality of the windows is what really sold us. Mike really wanted us to make a decision that night, but I needed time to process the three options. He said to call him when we made a decision and he would take the paperwork to my husband's job. That is what happened! We agreed to the price later that night and the papers were signed the next day. We had a minor bump in the road with what we agreed to, but it was handled professionally. (Thank you!) Cesar was sent out to measure a few days later. He was incredibly fast! Our windows were ordered and installed about 5 weeks later. That is the time frame we were told to expect. It was a two day job, but wound up being finished in about 1.5 days. The 2 installers were friendly and professional. They cleaned up all trash and all you were left with are great looking windows! Our neighbors have commented on them and I have gladly given out Cesar's name and praised Green View's workmanship. **I would also like it noted that 2 windows arrived with the grids in the windows, which isn't what we ordered. The installers put them in the most inconspicuous location until they could be corrected. Cesar ordered new ones for us and personally installed the proper sashes. Great presentation...great price...timely install...courteous staff when I have had questions. Thank you! We can already tell the difference in our decision to replace all of our 19 year old windows.

Sales presentation was excellent. Purchase price was agreed upon and installation was within 5 weeks of purchase. Installation was very professional. The result was completely satisfactory and beautiful windows. We do recommend this provider for excellent service.

It was awesome. Cesar was so responsive and not pushy about us making a decision. He knew we had some life things going on and when I said, "can you call me in a month?" he called in a month without acting like he couldn't do that. The individuals that installed the windows were amazing. They worked SO quickly I honestly couldn't believe it and they had such a system down. They cleaned up after themselves all the windows, trash, everything! I have dogs and they were great about the dogs as well. They even cleaned all the windows which was so nice. I would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service, great product, great installment and a great price. I have NOTHING bad to say. We talked to a lot of window people and we are so glad we went with them.

I had my Windows installed(replaced) about three weeks ago, the worker were very professional and polite they did a wonderful job on installing my new Windows and clean up after,these Windows they installed have help cut down on the traffic noise outside(because I live on a busy road) I just love the work they did.

Job started off kind of slow because the manufacturer sent the wrong color Windows which was not discovered until the day of installation. Once the Windows came in 2 weeks later everything went smoothly. The Windows look fantastic. Because we only did the front of the house I could tell immediately the different these Windows make.

Working with Green View Remodeling has been an awesome experience, from the first time we met with them. They happened to be in our neighborhood, and gave my wife a card. She agreed to have them come back later and give their pitch. At first I was a little concerned, as typically the people you see walking around are not necessarily the best. However, I was quickly proven wrong. Jason came out and gave us a great demonstration of the windows along with a very thorough explanation of what made Green View's windows different. Some of the highlights were the way each window is custom designed to fit the space it is going into, and the COMPLETE (and I mean COMPLETE) triple transferable lifetime warranty for the windows and the installation. The warranty is awesome, and covers even the argon gas inside the window, which helps to prevent temperatures from transferring through the windows. After we went through the demonstration, Jason helped us figure out which windows would be best to get done now, as we did not have the funds to replace all of them at the moment. This included walking around the house with us and checking each window individually. It was far and above what we expected! After he left my wife and I were very excited to have the work done. Later that week, Cesar came out and made sure the measurements on the windows were correct. He also went around and took a look at some of the other windows, and gave some more suggestions about how best to prepare for the window installation. He also was willing to listen to our questions about the windows and installation, and even made some suggestions of other things we might be able to do to save some money on heating/cooling. When he left, we felt extremely confident that this work was going to be done excellently! Today they came out to install, and we were right. The windows look amazing, and just like when they showed us with the heatlamp during the demo, the windows do not feel warm to the touch at all, even though it is about 80 degrees outside! Both the installers have been awesome, arriving on time and working efficiently. We are so appreciative of all the work everyone put into this at Green View Remodeling, and we will definitely be calling them again when we have the means to replace the rest of our old windows!

It went extremely well, they came to talk with us on 7/26/16, measured on 8/2/16, installed on 08/23/16 and it was completed in 1 day. The windows are so pretty inside and out. They showed us about the windows being able to keep the heat and cold out and it really is happening. We have given their name to several people since we had them installed. I am sorry that we did not do the review up as soon as they were done, but my husband Larry passed away on 08/28/16 suddenly, and it has been hard. They were very professional and polite. The workers did a good job and cleaned up before they left. Checked to see if there were any problems. A supervisor came soon after they left the see if everything was to our satisfaction and showed us how to use the windows, answered any other questions. We are very pleased with the windows. The noise has diminished greatly, easy to clean and open. We would recommend these windows to everyone.

With Green View, not only did we get all of this but so much more. Jason Torres, Marketing Manager, came to our house on a Saturday afternoon and we both said later that he provided the most thorough, informative sales presentation we've ever seen or heard. The demonstrations he did showing energy efficiency and sound deadening were superb. Also seeing an actual window in operation showing the ease of cleaning, sealed the deal. When he left we both felt that we knew everything about the product and confident in our decision to give the business to Green View. As Jason had told us, Cesar Martinez came on Monday to make precise measurements. He was prompt, professional and did his job in very little time. The next part was the hardest - waiting for the custom windows. They tell you up front that will take 6 weeks and it was exactly that. The morning the windows were to be delivered, the installers called to keep us updated as to their exact arrival time. These two young men were skilled, hardworking, and respectful. They promised to have the job done by the end of the day and it was. All the old windows and debris left with them. You could never tell that they had been there except for the bright, sparkling new windows with no more rotting window sills. We've had them a few days now and can't get over how much quieter it is in our home. We live on a two-lane road and the traffic noise is so muffled you don't even notice it. We look forward to seeing much lower AC bills in the months to come as well. My first experience with this company was Jason he show up on time and was very professional. He was informative about his product and also listen to what my needs were. So at this point I was at ease about trusting them with my home. in this process they kept me informed and on the schedule that was originally discussed. When Cesar arrive he explained abut the contractor's how many there would be and what to expect. My husband was very skeptical saying it may take longer than the few hours I was told for the job to be done. But just as Cesar said the contractor's showed up on time they were professional and very timely. They were in and out in about 6 hours they left my house and yard very clean removed all old windows. I am very pleased with the service that I received I can't wait to use this company again I will sure recommend them to all my family and friends. The best part is the window's they are beautiful my neighbor's have came over to compliment on how nice they look. One thing I have noticed immediately is that in my bedroom the noise from that outside has been cut down. I have a neighbor who wakes up very early and noisy in the last 2 days I have not heard him at all I thought he was out of town now I can sleep in on Saturdays. WOO HOO ! I can not say enough great things about Green View Remodeling Jason with Green View remodeling came to my home and sat down with me and my wife and explained everything in great detail. my wife and I decided that it was a great product at a fair price so we decided to go ahead with the project. A week later Cesar Martinez Came out to "EXACTLY" measure for the windows. A few days later I received a call that the windows were in and scheduled an appointment time for the installers to come out. Installers arrive at my home promptly when I was told that they would be here on 7/27/2016 at 9:00 am ! The installers did such a beautiful and thorough job but they made it look so easy. The installers finished up everything around 3:00pm on 7/28/2016 . Everything was cleaned up they even took the old broken window's with them. The window's have kept the house a lot cooler, I even had to raise the temperature on the thermostat, because my wife complaining about being cold ! The window's are as beautiful as they are functionable ! This one amazing group of people !

It took just 2 meetings with the sales person to finalize our project with Green View. The sales person was understanding, polite and understood exactly what we need. He worked with us on our budget and timeline. Once the manufacturing of the doors and windows was done, the office folks kept us in the loop on the installation date. Since ours was a custom project they did take their time to find the right installer for our project. I must mention that the office was equally responsive with phone calls and emails. Once the installation started, their operations managers was on top of every detail on a day to day basis. At the end of the project came and did a final QA of all the work done. This company is highly professional in what they claim and how they deliver. And I must mention they have an excellent warranty program (I hope I never have to use their warranty and nothing goes wrong with anything), but it's always good to have a good insurance. During our free quote, we made a deal with company and committed to a sale price. Our expectations, we all exceeded at every point in the process. The six associates that I spoke with during our experience, were all exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Each person, from the gentleman that gave the quote, window measurements associate, the office personal (reminding me of times and schedule) to the installers were all a team and helpful. Then, the first sales professional came by the day windows were installed and spent time making sure I was happy and reviewed the THREE LIFETIME warranty. It is absolutely obvious, that this company has thought about everything in providing this product and service. The windows are fantastic, Love, lOve, LOvE my new home and it feels like a new house. The New Windows has effected the sound. Noise has gone down to silence at night when I sleep and my energy bills are a lot less. I have many other less important issues I could write about, however they are only compliments on the way I was treated and how I was managed. BEST and most important thing I can tell you is.... Great. Entire outside of house was done in about 3-4 days. We did not expect it to go that fast. The windows they installed have cut down outside noise drastically and keeping house much cooler. All was explained very well and a follow up communication was excellent. Definitely would recommend and have done so already.

Greenview Remodeling was great! They were very professional on every visit, answered all our questions, and did a top notch replacement job. We had 2 windows and our back door replaced and we are very happy with their work and the end results. In fact, we love our new back door and the energy bills have reduced because it is a better fit. The pricing was very reasonable and they worked with us to get the best deal for everyone. We will definitely be calling them again in the future for our next round of window replacements!

They were great...from the appointment showing their windows through installation. Cesar and Dave were always just a call/text away, very responsive. When it came to the install, the crew showed up on time and they were just machines...cranked through the work with such great speed I could not believe it. And the finished product looks great. We can already feel the difference in the temperature in our house. We've already referred two friends (one signed on for an install next month, and a neighbor just saw them last week). When we're ready to do our siding, we hope Green View can provide us with a product and price that will leave us equally satisfied. No hesitation recommending this firm.

We interviewed 10 different companies before selecting one to replace all the wooden windows in our home. Our time and effort really paid off. By the time Jason from Green View came we knew exactly what to ask and what pitfalls to watch for. Jason answered all our questions and knew what he was talking about. All appointments were easily scheduled from the measuring to the installation. And they showed up on time!! Cesar handled the pre-installation measurements and stopped by on both days as the work progressed. Very hands on. The crew Green View sent work for them....not sub-contractors. They were very professional and took pride in the work they were doing and the company they worked for. They were genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with the end results. They went over and above to make sure nothing was disturbed and protected all our landscaping and outdoor ground level floodlights. Almost every window has the lights so it was not an easy task. The work that was done inside the house was exceptional. We have new carpet so I was very nervous about damage. Nervous for nothing. They protected our flooring and woodwork. Not a nick anywhere. Their cleanup was great. You'd never have known they were here except for the fantastic looking windows. The windows themselves are all we asked for. Easy to open and clean. Screens are simple. Great insulation. We already notice how they cut down on the outside noise. This is a company I would highly recommend to anyone looking to do any work on their home. all the windows were installed same day by three very polite and punctual guys, Green View remodeling was not the cheapest quote i got as i was shopping for replacement windows. However the window quality seems up there with Andersons, and the warranty they offer is GREAT. If anything goes wrong with your order (they custom make each window) or the install they WILL make it right. i WILL use them again next time i replace windows. very satisfied customer.

The process was smooth and professional from the sales pitch to the final touches of caulking and painting. After Tony finished his sales talk we felt very well informed and confident in the choice to go with Green View. We had a very specific time frame in which we needed our windows completed as we were throwing a dinner party the day after the windows were expected to be done. The installers showed up right on time and went straight to work. In two days they finished everything but a few finishing touches and left everything clean as they found it.
