We're ready to help you make the most of your home - ready with ideas, estimates, and 3D plans for your Atlanta kitchen, bathroom, basement, or addition. We are a small residential construction firm based in Roswell and East Cobb. Small is good for our clients. Small means that they will always be able to talk to the Person In Charge, Tim Piendel. Small means that we cannot afford to do careless work. Every job is extremely important, and requires our focus and attention to maintain our high standards of quality and service. It is the mission of GreatHouse to transition good houses into great houses. Our trustworthy, skilled, and courteous professional staff will inspire, educate, and problem-solve to help our customers achieve their remodeling goals. After wrangling with City Hall for 5 months to get the permits (not the fault of GreatHouse), the job went very smoothly. Tim, Marcie, Matt, and Rob were efficient, professional, and very responsive, They and their various crews did excellent work with minimal disruption to our schedules. They made recommendations for configuration and materials. The finished work turned out even better than we imagined. We are absolutely thrilled with our new space.

All crew were professional, neat and punctual. Owner was always available to a phone call or to discuss a concern. We're ready to start the remodel of out kitchen now.
Description of Work: Our bathroom was gutted and totally redone. New tub, shower, floor, sinks, cabinets, toilet - top to bottom. Estimate was very detailed and we knew the exact cost by line item. We could decide exactly where we could save money by having such a detailed estimate.

Description of Work: Tim and his crew repaired damage caused by years of water damage along three floors of the house. They were courteous, punctual and very professional. They completed all the repairs in the time frame designated and the quality of their work is superb! Tim communicated everything thoroughly to me and ensured that I was completely satisfied. I would definitely refer Tim to anyone!!
