Granite Garage Floors

It went great! They were on time. The work was done quickly and professionally. They cleaned up very nice. They are the most expensive I talked to, but it is worth it.

After a phone conversation with Paul, the company representative for my area, an onsite visit was made to my home. Paul brought out samples and he made recommendations for the garage floor color. He explained the process and how long it would take to do the work and how long it would take to cure. I was a little concerned about the price because I'm not sure how long I will be in my home before I move to a new location. I am also always a little hesitant about getting repairs and upgrades because you never know what kind of quality work you are going to end up with. Well, you should never have any concerns when Granite Garage Floors is doing the work. Juan and David did a fabulous job. I just love going out to the garage and admiring my new floor. My neighbors are also envious of the new look. The process takes two days and the curing takes a week. You can walk on the floor in a day but heavier items need more time. This work was done on a two stall garage. The crew was always on time and very neet. These guys are at the top of their game, very professional and I highly recommend them. Whenever I move to my next house this will be one of the first things that I will have done and only by Granite Garage Floors.

Looks, walks and feels like granite. This was not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for comes into play here. Have no doubt they will honor their lifetime warranty should I have a problem. Well pleased.

Kevin was nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the product ... He came by and looked at the garage by taking some measurements and quoted me a price of $2700. but I got the impression that he viewed my two-car garage as nothing more than just answering my inquiry and I wasn't left feeling that I was a big money client. I suggest a date of great 9/8/17 but received an email from Kevin a couple of days later requesting to move the date up to 8/19-18 because they were working on SOMEONE else garage that day and would be in my area. I agreed to the change and wouldn't you know it they didn't even keep that appointment stating that they ran into some problems with their equipment. So now that date got pushed out for the following week. I had moved everything out of the garage and they didn't get started until 8/21/2017. They came by and proceed to install the product but it was completed within one hour and you could tell it was rushed because before the 7 days was up which they recommend you don't park your car in the Garage it was bubbling on the surface. Kevin came out and apologized and stated that this never happens. Isn’t that the way it always happens on your stuff. Well he suggested that they put another coat of the clear coat on the floor. I thought the problem was more on the prepping of the floor because of the rush job the two guys had done but what do I know…The Clearcoat was done on the 8/31/2017 and I watched the two guys rush through the job again and they were out of there in about 45 minutes apologizing for not getting it done right the first time. Now after waiting another couple of days I can see that some of the area was smoothed out and others remained the same. I haven’t parked the car in the garage in almost a month and haven’t moved anything back in the garage. I can honestly state that I really didn't have a good experience with Granite Garage Floors of Alpharetta, GA. For the price and inconvenience of this project I would have to highly recommend looking around for something else. They make a lot of claims but to be frank I wouldn’t believe the Hype of their website or Trust Dale.com. Now my garage was two cars about 378sq ft so they might do better with smaller garages. Oh, yea for my inconvenience I was given a Hundred Dollar Credit. Now that was my experience with Granite Garage Floors.

Kevin was great - first came and scoped out and gave a price. Once we set a date (they were flexible), two guys came in and did a great job cleaning and patching cracks and smoothening the floor. They came the next day to pour the epoxy and i had to wait about a week to get my car back in. The floor looks great and shiny. I really hope it is non-sticky and stays that way. It is certainly a bit on the expensive side but so far seems worth it. And Kevin did a great job of checkin-in.

After some initial scheduling issues, not the fault of Granite Garage, the installation went great. The floor looks awesome and is so much easier to keep clean. I highly recommend this company to do your floors. Really improves the look of the garage and is so much more durable and adds value to the home.

We are very pleased with Granite Garage Floors. Alan, the owner, came quickly after we called to provide us a quote and a very good understanding of the resurfacing process. His quote was reasonable although not the lowest but we felt so confident in his company’s ability to give us a good product that we hired them. We scheduled a time for the work and Alan kept in communication with us right up to the work date. His people were very professional and explained everything they did and what we could and could not do right after the floor was resurfaced. The quality of the work is excellent and we could not be more pleased. Alan even provided us a maintenance guide and a bottle of cleaner for any spills on the floor. You cannot go wrong hiring Granite Garage Floors.

The floor was installed a week ago, and everything was done on time and it looks beautiful. They were very kind in allowing us to reschedule our original appointment due to the construction of the home and the landscaping not ready. We think it's just beautiful, and highly recommend Kevin and this company.

Team arrived right on schedule and all work was done in a most professional manner. Prepping the concrete is the key to laying down the epoxy floor, no shortcuts taken. All members knew exactly what their responsibilities were and the finished job has exceeded our expectations.

It was OUTSTANDING. From the meeting of my sales rep (Patti) to the installation team, I was treated as I was their #1 customer. All my questions and concerns were answered quickly and the crew showed up on time and did an OUTSTANDING job preparing, installing, and cleaning up the install.
