I visited many carpet outlets, discount outlets, big box stores. Billy came in cheaper with a more quality product; he also educated me on carpet and the installation went smooth. Will definitely use Georgia floors again.

We had used the Woodstock location of Georgia Floors to provide an area rug for our living room when we purchased the house in 2009 and were happy with their service. Now that it was time to replace our bedroom carpet we went to them again and were pleased to find that our previous salesperson, Lee Ann, was still there. She listened to our needs and budget and offered guidance on several options. There was never any high pressure or attempt to up scale our purchase. The hardest decision was exactly what color and shade. Her most important advice was that "it will look lighter once it's installed". We were able to take as many samples home as we needed. Using her advice we chose a carpet much darker than we originally thought we would want while in the showroom. Excellent advice...we are very pleased with our choice. The carpet had to be backordered which was fine as we didn't have a "must have" date. It came in earlier than quoted. Their installation crew was on time, efficient, took great care in moving the furniture out and replacing it, and treated our home as if it were their own. They cleaned up everything afterwards and left us with a beautiful new carpet. We will definitely return to Georgia Floors for our future needs. Thank You, Georgia Floors.

Working with Billy and Georgia Floors was a great experience. Billy provided a highly detailed quote before starting the work, and there were no unanticipated costs. He has a fantastic selection of hardwoods, and I was able to find one that I really liked without difficulty and Billy got me a great price. I worked with two of his crews--one of whom did the refinishing and the other did the installation. Both crews worked incredibly hard and were timely. Billy checked in frequently throughout the whole process and coordinated things with the crews well (which I was glad of as one of his crew leaders did not speak much English). The crews were able to match the prefinished hardwoods to the refinished hardwoods so perfectly that you can't tell the difference! The job ended up being finished almost a week ahead of schedule, which was a huge plus! The floors look beautiful, and I am especially impressed by the quality of the stairs.

They did a really good job. The gentleman at the store was very knowledgeable and professional. He suggested some things that we had not considered. They had a good variety of products there. We were really happy with his knowledge, professionalism and his recommendations. They had a great crew and they did a wonderful job. We're going to be redoing the three bedrooms later this year and some carpet and we'll probably use them again.
