The service was great and Bonnie was very responsive to helping coordinate scheduling the service with our tenants. Robert came to invesitigate why the roof was leaking and was able to find a cracked PVC pipe and some damaged shingles. He was able to do the repairs right then and there. We have not experienced a leak since.

great service - very professional and prompt - lots of integrity and honest assessment of what needed to be done because we had so many thunder and lightening storms our repair was delayed a bit but when they weather cleared and they took a look, they got right to working fixing it and it was done and at a reasonable cost when we do need another roof in 6 years or so - we are going with Gardner!

Robert was recommended to me by my handyman, and I was very pleased. I did not need emergency service, but Bonnie responded promptly to my first telephone message and was able to fit me in within two days. Robert called when he was on his way. It was getting close to sunset, so he quickly scampered onto the roof to diagnose the cause of my leak, gave me a written estimate that I approved, and he immediately went to work and did the repairs for a reasonable price and with a senior discount. I would not hesitate to call on him again for a repair if necessary and definitely will call him when my roof needs to be replaced in a couple of years. I love doing business with fair, honest and competent trades people, and Robert is one of them.

Came over and gave me a quick estimate and came back the following Monday. Did a great job and was much less than a couple of other roof companies. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any roof repaired or replaced.

The service was great. Robert was very thorough as he walked me through our roofing problems. He did a wonderful repairing job. Then he informed me of things that we might do to prevent other problems from happening.

Robert arrived on time, was very friendly and attended to the work as promised. Doesn't sound like much - but how many service providers actually do what they say they will do? No many - so it was reassuring to find somebody who actually does what they say! I'd have no hesitation to recommend Gardner's to anyone. I actually forgot we'd used them before - but found them again today when I needed a roofer for something else. I've called them and they are coming out again this week. (The office has a wwonderful lady who is so friendly, helpful and polite - she's great!)

They were outstanding. I called them at ten o'clock and he was out by one o'clock. He worked me in the same day and it went well.

Robert showed up and did the work on the spot. I had a big name roofer quote the same thing. They would come back to do the work and charge more than twice the money. Our roof was not installed properly by the builder and is easily damaged by wind. Robert will be back.

They were very dependable started when they said they would and finsihed the same. There was a lot of repair on the roof and the work was done right.

They really stood behind their product. Whenever we call them they are very honest about whether we need a new roof or not. Their honesty is really what stands out about them. They've also come out and repaired leaks, etc. He's always been honest about whether we need a new roof and saying that we can wait 3-4 years.

I called on Monday and spoke with Mrs. Gardner about getting an estimate to have a roof leak repaired. She said someone could be out the next day. Mr. Gardner arrived well with the timeframe given, checked out the source of the leak (crack in the base around an exhaust pipe) and gave me an estimate to repair. I asked him to check over the entire roof while he was up there to see if everything else looked okay. He found one other pipe that had a crack as well around the base and fixed both of them. From start to finish the job took no more than 30 minutes. I was very pleased and would definitely use Mr. Gardner again.

I used Gardner's three times in the last 6 years. First use 4 years ago was after bad experience with another company that did work over 18 months with repairs three times without solving the problem; they said the next step was to "fix the chimney flashing" for major dollars. My neighbors said "Call Gardner's and he'll fix it". He did - for $250 - the first time - and I had no other problems in that area of the roof for six years. I have used him twice since - for more major repairs on another house. Does good work for fair price. I go out of my way to recommend him after the horrible experience with the first roof repair company.

Mr. Gardner appeared at our home promptly at the appointed time, introduced himself, asked me to point out the leaking pipe and describe how the leak was entering the attic. I told him the water was running down the seam of the vertical portion of the pipe and dripping off of the first elbow bend in the pipe onto the attic floor. Mr. gardner said that it probably needed recaulking. He also said he would inspect the other roof penetrations while he was up there. He did the recauking and found some "toe board" holes near another vent pipe and caulked those at the same time. He reported the roof to be in very good condition and should easily last the full guaranteed time. He did the additional inspection and minor repair at no additional cost.

I called on a Thursday & they told me the soonest they could get to me was Tuesday after 4pm. They showed up when they said they would gave me a good price & when I said OK they fixed everything on the spot. I'm keeping his card, he's my new roofer.

Competitive pricing. I chose this contractor because he was one of the few company owners who would be doing the work himself. Returned my calls promptly. Was able to schedule the work quickly and at a time convenient to me. Arrived to perform the work on time. Completed the work quickly, and cleaned up. Used a better power vent than what the other contractors offered, for less money. Very happy with this work, and I will use this contractor again when I get my roof repaired in the future.

CALLED AND SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR ESTIMATE THE FOLLOWING DAY. THEY PROVIDED A LIST OF REFERENCES WITHOUT MY HAVING TO REQUEST IT.

MR. GARDNER THOROUGHLY INSPECTED THE ROOF AND DELIVERED AN HONEST ASSESSMENT OF THE REPAIRS NEEDED. OUR INTENT WAS TO HAVE THE ROOF REPLACED IN A FEW YEARS SO THESE WERE INTERIM REPAIRS. MR. GARDNER WAS PUNCTUAL AND NEAT AND HIS WORK WAS TIDY.
