The estimate to replace wood rot was clearly identified before the work started as I was aware of the areas that needed attention. Once the work started, many area stated on the estimate were not replaced but was told it was in good shape and just needed chalking. I was told the estimate will be adjusted to reflect the less wood replacement. In the end, the estimate was not adjusted despite my questioning the scope of work being less than before. The estimator told me additional work was done but I had also agreed to pay additional $250 at the beginning of the work when they found more wood rot that was not initially quoted. Original quote to paint. $5607. Paid $5607 Original quote to replace wood rot. $1045. Paid $1045. (a lot less wood was replaced than originally quoted. May be 8 out of original 20 areas were replaced) Additional quote at the beginning of prep stage to replace more wood rot.$250. Paid $200. (not sure about which wood was replaced for this price) If you do use them, make sure all the wood rot are replaced and do not let the estimator to tell you. " We will adjust it to reflect the less wood being replaced" because in the end, You will still pay the same price.

This is a top notch company and I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the service. Everyone has done an excellent job and I am very satisfied. The personnel who I interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They kept their promises and even returned to do minor work. Arturo and team are first class! My wife and I were elated at the results. We've gotten so many compliments from our neighbors, and even strangers walking by, on how nice our house looks. I will absolutely contact them in the future for my painting needs.

It went very well. They found more rotten siding once they got up on ladders to prep for painting which delayed the painting process. Increase in price to replace that was very fair. There was a supervisor on site each day. He may have left from time to time but always came back to inspect the work. He even made them do the clean up over again as he didn't feel they did a good enough job. If I had one complaint it would be that since the work was done I have noticed some small areas of overspray on a window and trim. Nothing glaring and you'd have to look very hard to notice it. All in all I was very pleased and have received numerous compliments from neighbors walking by.

They have done excellent work both indoors and out, including the repairs. They communicate well and are respectful of your home and your schedule. They will use different paints if requested. The owner comes by personally to make sure you are happy before he collects payment.

They were wonderful. There were some rotten wood and they repaired that. They did a good job at it.

Overall well, some areas that received only 1 coat needed to be touched up.

Supplied all materials, hardy plank, paint, wood siding and trim. Staff were great, professional, tidy and considerate. I could not have asked for more. I have a call into them currently to have additional work done. Price was reasonable and work quality was high.

On the day the work was to be performed, two clean cut guys came out to the house exactly, like to the minute of when they said they would be there. They confirmed the work with me, started putting up ladders and away they went. I have three small kids who watched them for hours… Some of the spots they had to get to were pretty high. They arrived at 9:00 am and stayed until 9:15 pm that night. The last hour was clean-up, of which they left the area in better condition than when they arrived. They had a backpack blower and cleaned up everything. It's been almost 2 weeks and we haven't seen any nails or left over anything in the yard or on the deck. The work was perfect, just as quoted. The paint match was spot on. Our home inspection is this week and if I need additional repairs, Four Seasons will be my first call.

The quote was quite detailed in what they're going to do. I just love their quote. He informed me of the different paint signatures and asked me if I wanted to change what was there or was I going to keep.

We have had Arturo come to our house several times over the past 2 years to give quotes for various painting jobs. He presents a very professional image, has been very nice and his quotes always came in right around or slightly under the other quotes we received. We finally decided to use his company, Four Seasons, to paint the entire downstairs of our 4,000 sq. foot house. It was a mistake from the first day the painters got here. Job was estimated to take 4-5 days. They spent 7 full days here and we are still waiting for them to come back and fix all of their mistakes!! Crew of 4-5 men, one sat in the living room playing Candy Crush on his phone for at least 1 hour. Another day, 2 of the men were sitting on our office floor playing with my kid's marbles. Overall, the crew was rude and I was not comfortable with them in my house. When my husband would point out mistakes, they would try to brush him off or tell him that it was fine and they became very defensive if we insisted that they correct something. Arturo told us that we should have used Flat Paint (vs. the Eggshell) b/c Eggshell shows mistakes too much. Funny enough, we used Flat Paint in the kitchen and all of their mistakes are still glaringly obvious! I requested that all of the walls be given a sanding and the Dining room needed to be sanded with an electric sander b/c of a previous bad paint job. Neither was done and my husband used our electric sander to sand the entire Dining Room!! We requested Sherwin Williams Harmony ( no VOC) paint be used and we had problems with them trying to sub in another line of paint with out telling us. Luckily I was checking each gallon of paint to make sure it was the no VOC line. There was no oversight from Arturo, when we called him in the middle of the job, he was OUT OF THE COUNTRY!! Be forewarned- He and the lady who answer the phones ARE the company ( we are pretty sure anyway). There is no one else, and we are pretty sure he only has this one paint crew. We are still waiting for them to come back and apply 2nd coat of paint to bedroom and our 2 story foyer. We have taken tape and marked all of the spots that need to be corrected. We are still waiting for them to come back and fix mistakes! We have not paid him yet and are still waiting for them to contact us to set up date to correct mistakes. We will be expecting a discount on previous quote considering we had to do the job of overseer and the painters! This should have been a straight forward and fairly simply job that has turned into a HUGE headache and caused way too much stress! Do Not use this company!! Paint crew was never on time.

We got an estimate to paint the entire interior of our house. It was divided into areas so we come see what separate areas would cost. Original estimate to do the entire interior of our house (3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths, upstairs hall, stairs, entryway, downstairs hall, kitchen, dining room, and family room) was about $3200. This included removing wallpaper in one bedroom, the 1/2 bathroom, and the dining room. We decided to just do just 3 bedrooms, master bath and vanity, upstairs hallway, stairs and entryway/downstairs hallway--walls and ceilings. They were willing to work with us and after some negotiations, and going with painting over the wallpaper in the bedroom vice removing it (this worked out great by the way), we settled on a price of about $1500. The original start date had to move a few days because of weather on some of their other jobs. When they did get started it only took 2 days to do entire job. There were some areas on on the walls and ceilings that needed minor repairs which they handled very well. They finished on a Friday so we had the weekend to look things over. We found a few minor issues which they came back on Monday and fixed in just a couple of hours. The team was very efficient and extremely dedicated; they did not waste any time--hard working. They were very careful to cover things to protect them. They cleaned up after each day. They were not the least expensive estimate but way below the most expensive estimates. I will use them again for any future painting jobs.

There was no fee for the quote, they were very professional and Four Seasons Painting and Home Improvement gave us information about how much it would be to do inside and out trim work.

We needed the interior of our house painted to put on the market. They were punctual, able to start the job on short notice and got it done in less time than they estimated. The house looks totally different from the inside now.

Fantastic. I am so pleased with the professionalism, promptness, price and work that was done I am somewhat speechless. I don't always have good experiences with contractors, but Four Seasons Painting was everything and more than I expected. I would have no problem recommending them and have plans to use them in the future. The price was so reasonalbe that we were able to have an extra room painted for less than others wanted just for the living/dining room. Do yourself a favor: call these guys.

It has been pretty good so far. They are still working. They showed up, were very professional. They had a program that the use to set up their fixtures and had very particular professional package. They were very friendly, spoke English. There seemed to be a coordination delay or like disconnect between a project manager and the person. Every time there would be a delay because of the miscommunication between one another but the quality of their work has been great. I am happy with their work.
