+ 1 moreWe absolutely love our barn doors. We read a few reviews from some disgruntled customers but that did not deter us after meeting and talking to Kim and Mike, the owners. They make hundreds of doors and as in all businesses, there will always be a few unhappy customers. The workmanship, skill, knowledge is amazing. It did take a few weeks longer than originally stated but so well worth the wait! Kim always responded to our messages and we could not be happier with their services. Would absolutely use again and recommend. Mike even helped my husband with input on hanging some bikes in our garage while he and his team were installing our doors. We have learned that barn doors are very tricky to hang and the install process must be precise and be expertly installed. They even make their own hardware and they do not penny, nickel, dime you for the end result of beautiful, quality, expertly made doors with all the detailed hardware that make them so gorgeous. They got it right the first time, hung them perfectly and the end result is exquisite and outstanding!! Thank you Kim & Mike! Margery & Jerry Jones

+ 0 moreWe have had several pieces of furniture made by European Antique Pine. Our most recent project was a custom made large kitchen island. The island was delivered approximately one month later than the projected date. We were kept up to date of the island's progress and the new delivery/install date was fulfilled. To ensure quality control, Mike has a small crew of 6 men which can cause them to get a little behind schedule at times. Patience is key when working with them, but you will not be disappointed with the craftsmanship. We are already thinking about our next project and look forward to working with them again!

Description of Work: First, I must say that the quality of my new table and bench is wonderful and I am very pleased with them now that I FINALLY have them. However, I have NEVER dealt with a vendor that was more unprofessional and unresponsive. I am shocked that they have remained in business. I placed a deposit on a CUSTOM size table and bench in early June and was told to expect them in 8-10 weeks. I finally received them after almost 5 months and both the bench and the table were the wrong size from what was ordered and listed on my original invoice/emails. They did remake them and substitute them in about a week. My main concern with this provider was the many times they completely failed to respond to email/text/voicemails for weeks at a time. I was given firm delivery dates (beginning 8/22) 3 different times and they didn't happen and I was never contacted in advance to let me know that they would need to reschedule. When I called to request specific delivery timeframes a day or so before the date I had been given- I received no response. After realizing both the table and the bench were the WRONG size (one was 4 inches off and the other was 10 inches off) I never received an apology or a discount. This was truly an exercise in frustration. Look elsewhere.

Description of Work: BUYER BEWARE!! We ordered a barn door from these wretched people and they never delivered. On the rare occasion that they would return a call or an email, we were lied to and told we could get $600 back, we contacted AMEX and upon contacting these liars, they still refused to give our money back and LIED that we owed them money for a product delivered. I had to reopen the dispute with our credit card company AGAIN. Any other decent company would admit their mistake, apologize for the inconvenience, and return a deposit- not this one. They still have our money. Make sure you thoroughly research this company BEFORE doing business with them and refuse to give them anything up front.
