Roof, soffit and fascia work went off without a hitch. There were a few miscommunications on the painting side, but were ultimately taken care of to my satisfaction.

The new roof installation went great from start to finish. Everyone in the company was so helpful through the whole process. The site supervisor was by each day to go over the progress and any issues that found during removal of old shingles and during installation of new materials. The field crew was very professional and made sure that all debris was cleaned each day before they left. Dr. Roof definitely isn't the cheapest option for a new roof, but if you want it done right and not have to worry about it in the future they should be the only company in the Atlanta area to use.

Once we were able to get workmen on site, they were on time and would have completed the work in one day, except thunder storm kept them from finishing. Came back next day to complete work.

The only surprise was that the new windows have a lot more framing around the glas. Now we can't have our blinds hang inside the window opening. We'll have to get new blinds that hang from above/beside the window opening.

I wanted additional repairs at the last minute and Dr. Roof was able to accommodate my request.

Absolutely one of the best experiences with a company after 40 years of home ownership. Sean, Laurie, Louis, and Oscar were the employees I dealt with and they are superb in customer service. Sean went above and beyond in making sure I was treated fairly by another siding company who took many shortcuts. He definitely cares about his customers.He knew exactly how to deal with the situation, which was such a blessing! Laurie is the project manager and a delight to talk to. Louis was head of the roofing crew and did my ranch style home roof in one day (7am-7:30pm!!!) The rain started pouring at the end of their job, but they stayed until completely finished with every detail. I was amazed at how they cleaned up all of the old roofing material so quickly and everything was back to normal by evening. Needess to say, I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with these folks!! Have been in the customer service industry for many years and these employees are exemplary.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the roof,, everything was great. They were knowledgeable, showed up on time, did quality work and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed.

They did a good job. I know we dont know how much plywood will need to be replaced but some of the plywood looked ok. They claimed the nails would not hold if there was ANY damage to the wood. This was $48 x 30 boards. The only complaints is that they did not install the same size skylight I had before and we can see that the light is bigger than the hole. Apparently, the better manufacturer they went with did not have my size. Overall, I was happy with the job done.

Excellent. I have used Dr Roof several times and every time has been a pleasant experience. They always send me a picture of the person coming to my home. Their associates are always on time and do an excellent job.

Arrived when promised, did the repair in a prompt and professional manner and has not leaked again. Job well done!!

We have had on-again, off-again leaks on our screened porch roof over the years. We finally asked Dr. Roof to look into the problem and they fixed it right away (skylight issue). When a slight leak recurred, Dr. Roof came out and repaired it at no extra cost. We recently extended the porch, as well as the roof, and started having a new leak. After having the contractor try to repair it multiple times, I called Dr. Roof and they did the job. We've had two storms since that time, each with heavy rain, and no leak has been spotted. It appears Dr. Roof, once again, did the job and we are very satisfied. We would highly recommend homeowners make Dr. Roof their first call should they spot a leak in their roof.

On May 4th Greg Anderson visited our home to provide an estimate for replacement of gutters and down spouts. At the time I inquired if the work would be done by Dr. Roofs own employees or sub-contractors Greg advise Dr. Roof only used their own crews for work. The price received was a good 20% less than other quotes we had received (should have been my first clue ... you know what they say about a deal sounding too good to be true ...). We accepted the proposal and Greg advised we would hear from their scheduling department within a week.. After three weeks of nothing being heard I sent Greg an e-mail inquiring about the status. Never received a response from Greg or anyone else at Dr. Roof. Today, a gentleman from AAA Metal Works arrived at our house and advised he was there to install the gutters. Since I never heard of AAA Metal Works I inquired about who sent him. He did not know. I asked if it was Dr. Roof and he said it could have been. I asked where his crew was and he said "No Crew, just me and my wife" (for a three story house?). I called Dr. Roof for an explanation but was unsuccessful in getting anyone on the phone. Just a long series of menu choices followed by being put on hold. In the mean time, the gentleman from AAA got his boss on the phone for me to speak to. He explained they were a sub-contractor for Dr. Roof and had been sent to do the work. I advised Greg Anderson had told us Dr. Roof didn't use sub-contractors. He explained all of Dr; Roof's installers had "spontaneously become unavailable" (whatever that means) and AAA had been hired to replace them. Since I had never heard of AAA, had no background information on them or the quality of their work and as they had arrived unannounced I requested they cancel the job. Followed up with Dr. Roof to advise we were less than impressed with their professionalism and lack of communication and advise to cancel any work scheduled for our home. Once again, learned the old adage of "If a deal seems too good to be true; It probably is"

Excellent, area was clean when finished. Only area missing was I was told extra shingles would be left. Not a big deal

It went great. We now know someone we can depend on to repair our roof. They do quality work for a reasonable price.
