Very well. I am very pleased with the total professionalism.

The crew including the foreman Santiago and my quality assurance supervisor Sean Burnham did a wonderful job. Overall my project took about 2 1/2 days and was performed by a small crew. They took their time to address all the details which comprise a quality job. Sean visited the job site three times to make sure everything was up to par and he shared with me photos showing repairs that were beyond my view from the ground. At the end of the job the crew throughly cleaned up my yard, driveway, deck, etc. leaving no debris behind. Although I paid Dr. Roof more than some of their competitors I think the premium was worth the piece of mind.

Company reps are always prompt and professional. As far as I can tell, the work is top notch. I've never had any complaints with the repairs they've made. Dr. Roof is not the cheapest, but I think this is a case of getting what you pay for.

Two full days of steady work by a skilled and conscientious crew. And a thorough cleanup around the yard when they were finished. Outcome: a really fine looking roof!

The estimation process went well; however, things got complicated when the roofer arrived. He tore off and reshingled the left side of the roof (the problem, as the estimator listed on his contract, was on the right side of the roof). When we contacted the company, it took several weeks for them to recognize the issue and send someone out to correct the issue.

they missed completing the work on the chimney first day which seemed to be a miscommunication between staff. They came out a few days later and completed the work and it looks great. Windows look great and were installed in one day. Only hiccup was a window came cracked and they had to order a new sash. They brought it by, but I have not been able to get it put in as of this time.

My roof had developed a small leak after the extreme downpours this summer. I was looking for a quality roofer to address the issue and found Dr. Roof after checking multiple sites and reading reviews. I contacted the company and scheduled an appointment with Jeff to perform a full roof inspection and address the leak. In addition to the leak, Jeff identified a few other small problem areas to include rotted trim around the chimney. Jeff wrote up a proposal on the spot. My only minor complaint would be that it took 3 weeks for an appointment to open up and to get the repair work scheduled, but I was willing to accept that as many of the better roofers are routinely backed up. The work crew showed up on the scheduled date and time. I was charged the amount originally quoted by Jeff. It's difficult to rate the quality of roofing repairs as most of the work isn't visible unless you're on the roof; but I can say that the repairs have held without any further leaks for the last 6 weeks to include making it through Hurricane Irma. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work and would recommend the company.

They are excellent. Well, they were quick to come to do the estimate. They were very efficient, they did everything that I asked them to do. The cost was a little bit more than I anticipated, but that's because they had to replace a lot of decking.

Excellent arrived on time completed the work in a timely fashion. As of today Irma tested the repairs and they passed with flying colors. I would definitely call them again.

Very well. Went from 3 in. Gutter Guard type, which allowed rain to pour off the roof to the foundation. 6 inch gutters were installed and the problem was alleviated. Showed up on time, cleaned up. Professional.

Repaired area as well as loose nails that caused leaks during the same heavy rain and wind storm. Very prompt and thorough estimate that caught the nail leaks (which a competitor totally missed) in addition to the obvious hole in the roof caused by the limb. They beat the price of their competitor's estimate even with the "extra" repair of the nails. They even completed the work several days ahead of the scheduled date.
