The roofer showed up on the expected day, completed the work quickly. It has rained several times since the repair and no more leaking!

The workers did an excellent job. They took pictures to show damage to the plywood that needed fixing after removing the old shingles. It took about half a day with two men working non-stop. We have used Dr. Roof two other times for fixing roof leaks in our house. My mom used them for her shed. They always do a great job!

It has been a year and we still love the roof. Although with ridge vents we find the attic is colder in the winter than it used to be.

The only problem was a slight delay in communication . Once a time was scheduled, the work was completed with alacrity.

First contact with Kurt was Oct 19 to give me the estimate for the screened porch job. I gave up on Dec 7th. Don't waste your time. Kurt won't return emails, texts or phone calls. After waiting up to a week with no response, I would have to call their office. I talked with the Customer Service Mgr each time (Lee, who was great), and still Kurt would not respond. I even gave them the option of just telling me Kurt didn't want the job, but he ensured me (via Lee) that he did. All I asked for was an estimate that was broken down into the 4 categories that my Insurance Company required. After 7 weeks with nothing but an estimate with a one line dollar figure; I gave up. Too bad; their Roofing Division is great. That is what they should stick to.

The work went well and was done on a timely basis but I am unable to determine if the leak is fixed. I won't be able to tell until there is a hard rain and at this time, there has be no rain since the repair was done.

They did excellent work on both occasions.

After speaking three times with the company that put the roof on originally (Roofmaster) and being told they were trying to find the shingles but never heard back from them, I contacted Dr. Roof. They had someone at the house within 24 hours who actually had the shingles I needed in the truck. She quoted a price to repair the damage which I thought was very reasonable, then went up and made the repairs. You cannot tell where the damage was. She was very pleasant and professional.

It went very well and everything was cleaned up very nicely.

Everything finished and painted. Ready for my gutter system. I will definitely use them again if ever needed and will refer them highly to others.

They did the work the same day they came out provided me an estimate tell me what they were going to do, told me also it didn’t need to be done, and took care of the issue

Overall the services went very well. Dr Roof might have a smaller crew compared to other roofing companies, but they pay attention to detail. Since our neighborhood got hit with hail, there were plenty of roofing companies coming through the neighborhood, typically completing the roof replacement in 1 day. Dr Roof's crew was smaller and seemed more meticulous in replacing the roof. In the process, they also replaced some minor damage around the attic dormer windows. The few concerns that I raised in the process were addressed immediately by Dr Roof. Asked them to repaint a barge board that was slightly scratched when singles were removed, and asked for an extra clean-up (shingle granules around the house). I will continue to rely on Dr Roof for any work on my roof. After they replaced the roof, I had them replace some boards on my chimney and a bargeboard that warped.

It was a dream. The estimate was based on a thorough inspection of the roof. As it is considered a small repair job, the one man job was completed without drama in a little more than an hour the second day following the estimate. I was impressed and grateful that this small job was accorded the same prompt attention that a replacement would have been given. I plan to call Dr. Roof first for my roofing needs from now on.

They were always punctual, courteous, and did an excellent job. Their project manager came by before, during, and after to ensure the job is up to their standards of excellence. Anything needing to be touched up was quickly taken care of. We would definitely use them again, and highly recommend to others.
