They were very very professional, but I did not have then do my roof I had another company do my roof. I would call them again if I needed them though.

It was several times over the last year. They started in the spring, came out again sometime later in the year when I had a different leak and then they came by recently to check something that turned out not to be a leak. They came out free of charge to check it. I would tell a friend that if they need roof repair they should call them. They're reliable and honest. I guess the most important thing about them is, they don't come out and try to sell you a brand new roof just because you have a small leak. They try to repair and get the most life out of the shingles you have. I don't know roofers that would do that. They're very good about that. The workers are great. The time in the spring when they came out, our bill was around $1200 for a repair. They came out, gave the estimate and then the crew came out and did their work. They were very quick, courteous and cleaned up. It was minimal time. The bill was exactly matching the estimate that they had given us. The crews are good. In fact, Arturo, the guy that comes out for us every time, he has had the same crew for years and years. They're very respectful and very nice.

Very well. They did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves and charged exactly what was quoted. I was very pleased.

I don't live in Atlanta anymore, but they were the best. I would call them. They were great. They were reasonable. They were very professional and always did a great job. What stood out to me were their cleanliness and they did more than my expectations.

They just said that they needed to work on the portion by the chimney which was a problem area. They looked until they could find the closest thing to a match and they did a great job. They came when they said they were going to. Even though it was on the back side of the house and I was the only one who was going to see it, they still wanted it to match so I feel that they pay attention to detail. I have not had a leak since them.

It went fantastic and they're great. They matched the shingles perfectly and they gave me a really good price. The inspector that came out was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She did a short inspection of the whole roof and didn't try to sell me anything. The work they did was exactly what she wrote in the estimate and the price was exactly what was quoted.

It looks great and doesn't leak. They were the only ones that gave us an immediate call back. The gentleman was a little younger and he was probably in his late 20s or early 30s but he was very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and he showed me before we got started where the leaks were coming from. I knew where the leaks were coming from so I didn't say anything to him and he showed he thought they were and they were exactly where I knew they were.

The quality of work stood out. They cleaned up after themselves and there weren't any nails around. They fixed some faucets that had some dry rot in them and it was just a really professional job. The workers were just fine and professional.

We had scheduled a time, they were on time and so all was well. There was just one person and it was a she and it was fine. There was no mess. She was able to do what needed to be done on the roof. They did an estimate right away. They got to it right away. They were on time and everything. They are exceptional. We were very pleased with them. Well I got prices for a roof. I didn't get prices for a repair. Most of the people did not call me back so. I was happy with Dr. Roof Its kinda hard to say, but I thought it was kinda reasonable for what they did. Its kinda hard to compare since I didn't get any other estimates for it. But I was please with what they had for the price. (Quality) They were excellent as far as I know. I was very pleased with it. Like I said they were very efficient, they were on time I would highly recommend them to someone else. They were very nice. Well they were on time they did exactly what they had listed they would do and then they called back later to make sure that somebody had been out and that the work was done.

They were no good. They destroyed my gutters. It took them 2 weeks to complete the roof. They had all their equipment and stuff in my driveway and behind my garage. I was disgusted with them. They would work a couple of days and then take off 4 or 5 days. I had a cooler with coke and water and put out some food for them and they threw the coke cans down in the leaves.

It was good. Prompt and did a good job. It was a little more than we had expected but I don't know how much it could have cost. The workers were good.

Overall work was completed but misunderstanding on vendor's part about full scope of project. Additionally, vendor was unresponsive during sales/contract signing phase of project.

New roof on rental house, went great. Our own primary residence was inspected thoroughly and ultimately no repairs were needed.
