Description of Work: Hired Craftsmen for a siding and gutter job on July 8th with a 3 week start time. The job was not started until August 19th. Craftsmen assured us they would be on site day 1 and throughout the process, they were not. Not enough materiel was ordered which delayed the project and some product was incorrect. The incorrect trim we accepted anyway as the proper trim was going to take 3 to 5 weeks to receive. No help from Craftsmen only the subcontractor and manufacturer was involved. I see no benefit in hiring Craftsmen Contractors, they will sub out the job and then take a hands off approach until the job is complete at which time they get back involved to collect their money. The subs were awesome as was the product manufacturer but Craftsmen, not so much.
