He did not do any repairs and got paid for services that he did not rendered. He said he would call me back and hi has not.

Neil came to our home within less than 24 hours and said he could fix our tv, but the cost would be so high that it would not be worth it. He also gave us recommendations for tv brands to buy and ones to avoid. He also gave us a resource for someone who could mount our new tv when we get it. Great customer service, honest and kind! Will definitely keep Neil in my contacts list!

Neil was prompt and very knowledgeable, troubleshooted and fixed my router/internet problem within 3 hours the same day.

Neil was prompt, professional and very knowlegeable. He had the internet up and rumning after a few hours. He installed a more updated routersystem to accomodate the weak spots. I am very happy!
