Description of Work: We had estimates from three different companies with similar reputations. We chose Capital Remodeling for a couple of differentreasons. First the windows themselves were of a higher grade of material, met greater specs as to window spacing to the frame it self, and where of higher in grade as to insulation. Second the warranty was for the lifetime no matter what of or who caused the damage. This warranty also is good for up to three owners after you sell you sell your house. Third, we only did the back of our house but ask for a quote for the rest of the house. Once we made the decision to only do the back, we were told the quotes that were given in writing for the rest of the house were good for as long as it took us to decide to redo the other windows. No other company offered either the type of warranty or quote guaranty that Capital did. Tony, the Capital representative who worked with us, was very patient with us giving us extra time to make up our mind since I was undergoing medical problems, sympathic to our needs and was ever pushy which we really appreciated. Finally we were given a date of 6 to 8 wks from the date we signed the contract to when the windows would be made and shipped, and another three of four days to get the installers out here to put the them in. In the mean time one of their foreman showed up and did an actual measurement of the size of the windows. We got a coal 4 weeks later that the windows were in and when would it be convenient for them to come out an install them. When they did show up, they installed the windows in a very professional manner and cleaned up after themselves. Two days later we got a follow up call asking how we were treated throughout the whole process and did we have any complaints?I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new windows.

+ -1 moreCapital Remodeling just replaced by old single paned windows, they were a mess. The new windows look great and are good quality, just as promised. The installers were nice, very fast, and organized. They completed the work in a professional manner and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. I was very satisfied with the windows and the work overall.
