Project when very smooth. Avatar showed up everyday, clean up everything, came to me with questions to make the remodel better, When issues arised that would let me know upfront the problem and costs. Avatar employee's were polite and professional

My first review was very unfavorable since I had an appointment to estimate the job and they did not show. However, sine then, the company contacted me explaining there was a glitch in the system which book my appointment. The estimate request was on the office system but did not get to the job foreman's calendar. they were extremely polite, apologetic, and accommodated me with another appointment where they called 20 minutes prior to arriving and the followed up with a call later on to confirm I was happy. I am looking forward to reviewing their estimate.

Only took 2 weeks and the crew was professional and courteous. Will hire again!

We called a number of different companies when we were looking to remodel the home we had lived in for 15 years. There were a number of issues that needed addressing, and we wanted to make it look nice as possible in order to rent it out, without breaking our limited budget. Antonio from Avatar Contractor Group listened to everything we wanted to do, and maintained constant lines of communication throughout the engagement. He helped organize all our ideas and itemized them at very reasonable rates in his proposal. Then he helped us pick the projects that would have the most impact towards our goal. The work began as soon as he got his deposit and was executed without delay. In order to cut costs, Antonio allowed me to purchase some specific items I wanted installed, and I had difficulty keeping up with the quick pace of his crew. With only a few minor exceptions, the work was above-average in quality. Where we did find issues, Antonio made sure they were immediately and properly addressed. He made me feel like my money would not be accepted until I was completely satisfied, which is a rare find these days. Overall I am very satisfied with Avatar Contractor Group.

Avatar showed up on time for the estimate. The owner was professional and polite. I did have to call and follow-up in order to get my quote. Ultimately, I chose to go with a different contractor because of the price, but I would certainly consider using Avatar for a future job.

Tony, Jorge, and his team did an amazing job! I went with them to pick out the tile. I trusted their expert opinion to help me narrow down things and ensure it would look right together. Everyone was working hard and diligently to make sure their best quality work was completed. There were a couple of setbacks that occurred, and they were completely professional in handling the situation. They informed me immediately and took care of the situation without any additional expense to me. After the job was done, if there any anything I wasn't happy with, there was someone on site the very next day to take care of it.

We hired Avatar Contractor Group to remodel our bathroom and kitchen and they did an incredible job. They was very professionals and organized. The explained all work that need to be done and take time to answer all the questions.And they was always when we need them. We couldn’t be happier!

I hired Avatar Contractor to close off an existing Master Bedroom Suite and create a door in the hallway. Antonio, the contractor, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He even made it his priority to move his schedule so the job could be completed before me and my wife's baby was born. He also made few suggestions in regards to the carpet since I was not going to get the carpet replaced immediately. His specialists were very friendly and were very careful not to damage anything in my house. The whole job was done with top quality from top to bottom. Antonio was in constant communication with me throughout the job and I am very happy with the quality and the workmanship that was done on my house. I will be hiring Avatar Contractor again to remodel my Master Bathroom and build a deck in my backyard.

Avatar was very quick to respond to our request for a proposal. They were able to begin the project within 5 days and completed it in about a week. They did more than what they committed to and exceeded our expectations in completing the project.

My Wife and I choose this Avatar Contractor to complete our bathroom remodeling project in 2014 and since then we have been in touch working and planing our basement finish and back yard. There are no words to describe how satisfied we are with both the process and the final product. Antonio Sandoval, Project manager/Owner, has truly gone above and beyond in guiding this project though to the end, we expend long hours in his office in Roswell (witch by the way have a phenomenal conference room where they do a full presentation of the project and finishes) and design every single room of the basement as well make changes on the material type and finish for our back yard during the presentation. He listened patiently to both my wife and I and helped to craft our ideas into nothing short of a paradise . Late one evening as the sun set Antonio was out in our yard personally digging and pulling up drip lines in preparation for our turf application the following morning. Nothing shocking there except that that part of the project was not being done by his company! He knew that if this detail was not taken care of then there would have been a problem with lines under the turf. When you see a representative from a company go out of their way like this for a customer it really speaks volumes of both that individual and the entire organization they represent. In our minds, that was the definition of customer service. His work ethic and that of Avatar Contractor are beyond reproach. We obtained several estimates in the beginning of the project and Avatar Contractors was not the least expensive. Trust me, it is because you get what you pay for. Every team Avatar Contractors sent to our home was efficient, skillful and respectful of our property. Call them and visit their office, ask for the dedicate design packet. Highly recommended.

Very responsible and professional it took them 3 and half months but he said it would take up to 4 we are exited to be able to use the pool and entertain guest and family before the summer we also get to have a pool party for my son we are so happy and will recommend Avatar to all our friends Thank You

The individual they sent out never gave us our estimates and told us to sell our home.

Overall, they did a really good job. The tile/drywall guy was very detailed with his work and wanted to make sure we were happy as well as the lady that handled the plumbing and bathroom cabinet install. The cleanup could have been a bit better after each day of work but this was minor. The painters were ok - got some paint on chairs and countertops. Overall, I would use again for future projects - but will watch the painters more closely and ensure proper cleanup.

My family has renovated a lot. My husband and I often do the designing and contracting while my carpenter trained husband completes the project with his own crew. I am aware how long something takes and I am expect detail oriented results. Rating is low based on fact these guys are all over the place. Completion deadlines non existent. Language communications very poor. Many of the artisans and craftsmen did excellent work. Some so-so. But holding conversations and expectations for work deadlines was poor. They worked many jobs concurrently, and things were completed as the head supervisor could get them out to our job. There was an inattention to detail overall, with some excellent work by a few of the craftsmen. In particular the carpenter does fantastic woodworking. Our project was pretty straight forward/no demolitions, no extensive plumbing, gutting. I believe these guys do a lot of commercial work and move through the work sites quickly and bang out the work. You gotta stay on top of them at all times. But, they were the only contractors we could get asap. Weigh your options carefully.

They were professional, friendly, and were always available if questions or concerns arose. Pricing was fair, and the line-item estimate was very detailed, as well as accurate. The final project turned out great, and we would definitely recommend them. Likewise, we would have no hesitation using them again!

Tony and his team did a great job. From day 1 till the end Tony kept us informed each day. Tony always answered questions that we had with a quick response.

The job went very well as planned. Tony and his crew were punctual, dependable and performed in a professional manner. From start to finish, Tony was on top of everything checking and re-checking to see that each phase of the job was completed to his satisfaction and of course to mine as well. His crew worked diligently and I could see that they took a great deal of "pride" in their work. Everything was well synchronized, from demolition, tiling, plumbing, installation of the granite countertop, and the frameless shower door. Everything moved along like a precision clock. Furthermore to my delight, Tony's crew was very neat! They covered my hardwood floors so that there was no damage and they cleaned up after each session. I will definitely call " Avatar Construction" for all of my remodeling needs.

We recently renovated a condominium and it was a pleasant experience, thanks to the Avatar Contractor Group. Tony and his team give 100% effort, resulting in a professional, high quality job in a timely manner. The pride they take in their work is as if it was their own property and it certainly shows in the finished product! We're very happy and the first person who looked at it rented immediately. She said she, "fell in love with it." We have a project coming up in the future s and we plan to use Avatar Contractor Group.

Avatar contractors are exceptional! They are extremely professional, all of their employees are skilled and diligent, and all around they are very kind people. We had a wonderful experience working with Tony, Maritza and Anuar. Not only did they remodel our basement in a timely manner, they paid very close attention to detail, were punctual, over communicated, and were some of the kindest people we have ever worked with. This is the second time I have used Avatar Contractors. They completely remodeled my kitchen and bath last spring. (see review from last spring ) Because of their superior work, I called them back for another job. This job included painting, redesigning a closet, removing and installing a ceiling fan, moving electrical and telephone outlets and tile work. At the end, the President of the company came out to inspect the job. He wants his customer to be totally satisfied or the job is not complete. Unfortunately, I speak no Spanish. Antonio speaks English, however sometimes over the phone, he had to repeat himself for me to understand. Therefore majority of the time I would email him or text him. He is very prompt in responding and there is no misunderstanding due to language. I will use him again and recommend him highly.

Tony and his guys did an excellent remodel job. Their work resulted in an updated look in the kitchen and the quality matched the pictures and videos on his website. The cost of the job was very reasonable and his crew took pride in their work and left the house as clean as it was when they started.

I use this crew to remodel my bathroom and I just used to install a frame less glass door and he just do a great professional job. Thanks very much
