Did a good job.

The repair person arrived on time, fixed the loose shingles and several loose flashings. He checked the whole roof, it is steep, and he did a good job.

They were very reasonable when it came to the price and the quality of the work they did was just spectacular. I really like the way my roof looks now. I would recommend them to anyone and I would hire them again if I needed to.

They were here when they said they would be, however; it did take about a week from the time we called to get an appointment with them. We were very pleased with their work. They were careful to clean up around the ground. There was no damage done to any flowers or the grass during the course of their work.

I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality work these men did for me. They patched up the roof and now I can get a little more use out of it, before I have them come back and replace it entirely. I was very satisfied with their professional demeanor and would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a new roof put on or perhaps damage repair like me.

Came out promptly to determine cause of leak. Work performed promptly; Quote and actual invoice were the same.

Andrew Dalby responded promptly to my voice mail and set up an appointment to come out to give us an estimate. He showed up on the date and time agreed (Actually he was 15-20 minutes late, for which he apologized. I told him that compared to most service people we deal with, he was right on time). He was very professional and went right to work in both the attic and on the roof. He pointed out where the leak was(which I couldn't see before he showed me) and told me how he would go about fixing it. He gave me a written estimate, which I thought was reasonable for the work described. Based on my experience with him up to that point, I agreed to have them do the work. His man showed up a few days later and did a very nice job. He was polite and professional. The shingle leak was in a location that was visible from the street, but when he was through, you couldn't tell repairs had been done to our 5 year old roof.

Fantastic job. Highly professional, showed up when they said and worked hard. They kept my yard extremely clean during the job and protected all landscaping and fabric awnings during a complete tear off and re-roof of our home. Price was so much better than the other companies we had quote that I was worried about the quality, but no worries. They did a great job, I highly recommended.

Andrew spoke with me about the project. I wanted a very large fan, he recommended a slightly smaller one to avoid annoying noise or vibration. They came on time (early, in fact). They had the too large fan, went to replace it , and came right back and installed it very nicely.

Andrew was very nice and explained everything well to me. I needed to understand the chimney problem which has been going on since I bought the house 8 years ago, in spite of several other roofers' efforts. Andrew put my repair at the top of his list because I had actual holes in my roof so the repair people were there within 3 business days of his visit. I am very pleased and would definitely call him again.

Atlanta Re-Roof replaced our roof approximately 10-15 years ago. When we added an addition 7 years ago, and I discovered leaks in the attic, I called Andrew. He came out and inspected the problem, discovered that it was caused by our new contractors nailing boards into the existing roof, repaired the damage and persuaded the new contractor to pay for the repairs! Needless to say, he was the one we called when we discovered our latest vendor-inflicted damage.

HAD A LEAK IN A VERY OLD ROOF. ANDREW DALBY WAS VERY UP-FRONT AND HONEST ABOUT WHAT SHOULD AND SHOULDN'T BE DONE REGARDING THE REPAIR. HE WAS ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAD CAUSED THE LEAK AND WHAT COULD BE DONE TO PREVENT FURTHER LEAKS FOR MY TYPE OF ROOF. ENDED UP INSTALLING A NEW ROOF INSTEAD OF TRYING TO REPAIR IT. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, AS WAS THE QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP.

ESTIMATOR, MR. DALBY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS THE ROOF TEAM WHEN THEY ARRIVED. AN ADDITIONAL PROBLEM WAS FOUND AFTER THE ESTIMATE AND THE ADD ON COST WAS CONSISTENT WITH THE QUOTE. THE REPAIR WAS SCHEDULED 3 WEEKS OUT BUT WAS ACTUALLY PERFORMED 6 WEEKS LATER. I WAS INFORMED THAT THE DELAY WAS DUE TO HURRICANE KATRINA RESIDUALS.

EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP. OWNER IS A STRAIGHT SHOOTER, HONEST, AND DIRECT.

STEVE BOOZER IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ROOFS AND IS A GOOD PERSON IN REGARD TO DIAGNOSING PROBLEMS. THEY ARE VERY BUSY/POPULAR SO YOU MIGHT BE ON A TWO WEEK WAIT LIST FOR STANDARD REPAIRS.
