We had a great experience. There were multiple color changes and designer choices that the crews put up correctly.

They were great. They did a little bit of extra that I didn’t think was in the contract. They painted the trim that goes around the doorways. I had taken all the outlet covers and switch covers off and they put them back on for me which was nice. They cleaned up and they even vacuumed which I didn’t expect. They were very good. I would use them again in the future.

Rocky nacho were on time thousandth proceed. They did area work. Paul cars came to an estimate your very friendly & regularly.

i was very happy with chris camp painters. i was originally told it would be completed within 3-4 days, but they finished everything withing 2 days. now thats fast! highly recommend chris camp and will contact again for new home improvements.

The representatives from the company were on time and stayed on task. They were professional and detail-oriented. The finished product was superior and co. also has excellent communication with us.

The end result of the job was excellent. No one drop of paint was where it shouldn't have been and they cleaned up. We had a small communication issue with extra work to be done, but Chris came out and remedy it within the first 5 hours of the job.

We were extremely happy with this company! We had 4 painting companies come out to give us estimates on replacing some rotten wood on the deck and chimney siding, and painting the entire exterior and deck of our 3 story (wood siding) house. With the Angie's List coupon, East Atlanta Painting Company (also known as just "The Painting Company") came in at the lowest of the 3 we actually got estimates back from, and were HALF the price of the most expensive (Riverside Painting). Besides being the lowest, my husband was also the most comfortable from at the initial meeting. Chris was very professional and very responsive to questions via phone.The workers arrived at their scheduled time and did a FANTASTIC job on the house. They replaced rotten siding on the chimney and deck, pressure washed and painted the entire exterior of the house, replaced the entire handrail on the deck, and painted the deck. The house looked new when they were done!With the Angie's List coupon, all of this work was done for $3950. Riverside's estimate was over $8000 and the other company was closer to East Atlanta's but a bit higher.I highly recommend this company, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Initially I was happy to use The East Atlanta Painting Company again. Chris was very professional, he called to let me know he was running a few minutes late on the morning he was to come out and give me an estimate on the work I wanted done. He was timely and efficient. I had an estimate for 4 different jobs within an hour of our appointment. I decided to have the pressure washing done immediately. I called and set up an appointment for the crew to come out. The date given was April 27th. On April 25th, I left my house at 9:30am, everything was normal. I returned home at 4:40pm to find a ladder in front of my locked gate. I climbed the ladder and looked over the gate and could see no one. I was initially frightened, followed by furious. There was no vehicle of any kind to be seen. Machinery noise made my shouts impossible to hear, so I went inside and called The East Atlanta Painting Company. I was upset but treated well by Paul. He wasn't sure what happened, and I was told that Chris would call me back. I went back outside and a van was pulling up to my house. It was white and unmarked. A man got out and introduced himself as Diego. I asked him what was going on. He smiled and shrugged. I went inside to wait for Chris to call, which he did promptly. Chris explained that they had had an opening in their schedule and decided to come early. He had asked someone from his office to call me. She did not. He apparently verified with her that the new date was ok by me. Which is most definitely was not. So although she reportedly contacted me, I never heard from her. The following reasons are why I will not be using the East Atlanta Painting Company again. The crew was in a white, unmarked van. This looks unprofessional, sketchy. I expected at the very least a magnetic sign with THE EAST ATLANTA PAINTING COMPANY to be on the driver's side door. These people could have been anyone. And they weren't wearing an identifying uniform either. The crew CLIMBED MY LOCKED GATE to gain access to my property. I believe this is trespassing. NO ONE called me to ask why the lock was on the gate or if it was ok to go ahead with the work. Although the siding on the house looks great, the flagstone patio looks untouched. So not only am I uncertain of the professionalism of their crew(s), some of the work is not satisfactory. Chris has apologized and offered to discount the job by $70.00. I do appreciate this. At the time we spoke, I was still shaken so I did not ask him why the crew climbed the gate or why no one called to inform me that they were there and the gate was locked. I actually apologized for the inconvenience to the crew. But the fact that this crew thought it was permissible to enter a locked area is unsettling and one that I hope is addressed by the company. And I do hope they invest in some signage for their company vehicles and/or uniforms. Otherwise it gives the appearance of some fly-by-night operation.

Fantastic job! They were very prompt and very quick. The quality was superb!

I think we were asking for alot when we called chris for estimates. Not only did we want a good price for the entire exterior and interior, but more importantly we needed our painting done in a window of time, sandwiched between other contractors, drywallers etc. He had no problem meeting these challenges and when things ran late (duh!) he was great about rescheduling. David and his crew were at the house on time, fast and efficient. They communicated well about the process, colors, progress. When the drywall was completed, they moved inside to complete the inside. While we had some challenges with the inside due to painting on a very humid day, I feel confident that these are all corrected and I am still a happy customer. The transformation of the outside was amazing and all the neighbors were overwhelmed! I still have the basement to do, so will be calling Chris and David to come complete and beautify the rest of the house!

The painting Company did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my house. They were prompt on responding to my quote request. They came a gave an estimate and performed the work as promised. The level of professionalism, attention to detail and quality of work performed was well worth the money.

Phenomenal job! Paul and the crew were great! They worked very hard to accommodate our schedule as we were moving in in a few days. They were early every day and worked well into the evening to finish the job in a timely manner. They even came back a few days later to do touch up work after the movers had left. Loved the crew, especially David! They were very personable, professional and competent. Will be calling them back to paint the outside of our house next year.

Our house was built in 1954 and was a rental property for a number of years. We enclosed the car port and added a room in the back. This project prompted us to paint the exterior of the house. We joined Angie's List specifically to find a painter for the job. We interviewed 3 companies - E. Atlanta Painting Company (EAPC), Verge, and Dixon. After seeing the job Verge refused to bid because the house was built prior to 1970 and they were worried about lead paint disposal. As a side note this makes no sense since the house is 95% brick and we added the garage new. I felt they did not like the neighborhood and the job was too small. Dixon was extremely polite but they were more expensive than EAPC especially when it came to painting the garage floor with epoxy paint. They would also not bury the new gutter downspout to eliminate the flow of water through a traffic area. So we hired EAPC due to price and breath of service. EAPC started on 10/24 and it took them 3 days to complete. Mornings were in the 50s and day time temps hit high 70s. EAPC arrived on 10/24 at 8:00. Manuel was the crew chief, introduced himself, and asked me to show him what was to be done. He had not yet gone to the office to get briefed on the job. He said he would be back later in the day but wanted to get the crew started on pressure washing. I never saw Manuel again on day 1. The crew pressure washed the house and went around and caulked the soffits and fascia. The power washing was so effective at cleaning the gutters we decided not to paint them. On day 2 Manuel showed up around 10:00 AM with 2 guys. The soffits and fascia were in terrible shape from years of shoddy repairs and we walked him around the house and explained we wanted the soffits/facia replaced in certain areas. Manuel did not object and got 1 of the crew working on it immediately. I did not like the caulk job done on day 1 (too bumpy) and so Manuel sanded and repainted all areas - no objection. Manuel and the other crew member started painting. They did an excellent job painting - no drips and great coverage. They taped and papered to protect areas from being painted. The gutter crew showed up later in the day and added gutters and downspouts to the new addition. On the long side of the garage they removed a gutter that was there from before the addition so that we had 1 long continuous gutter on that side. They also discovered they could not bury the 1 downspout because the stairs were in the way. So I have to go buy a black extender and do that work myself. Other work completed was the garage floor was painted with epoxy, 3 exterior doors painted, and the front porch railings were painted. At some point when the house was painted previously white paint was sprayed along the top row of bricks around the house. I asked Manuel what could be done and he suggested a 6 inch molding painted the same color as the soffits. I also wanted to paint the shed which was not included in the original quote. Manuel asked that I call Chris to work out the details. I talked to Chris and he quoted me an additional $325 and I decided to go forward. At the end of the day Manuel said he would be back at 10:00 on day 3. 10:00 day 3 Manuel and 1 crew member arrived. Soffit/fascia repairs continued! They did a beautiful job on the repairs and it all looks brand new. The deck was stained with a clear stain, looks brand new. Front porch stairs were painted. Near the end of the day Manuel asked that we walk the job to identify anything we did not like. We found about 10 small things - mostly just paint misses. The crew fixed everything to our liking and asked that we walk the property one more time. No misses found! When it came to leave they removed all traces they had been on the property. I will hire EAPC to paint the interior of the garage when I am ready. They will also pressure wash the house for $160 a year so I will have them back to do that. My husband and I were very pleased with EAPC. They did what they said they would do. I also felt that the repairs to the soffits/fascia were extensive and EAPC never objected. Super experience!

Chris Camp and his painting crew led by Fredy Barrios, did a great job painting our 2 story family room and foyer and some exterior work. Fast efficient and economical. I will use them again and recommend them to others looking for quality work at a fair price.

Chris the owner arrived early and was very professional and provided a quote before he left. His team showed up on time everyday and cleaned up before they left. This is the second time we used them and will always use them for our painting needs. Price was very reasonable and it was a great experience both times.

They came out and quoted a couple of weeks before at the time scheduled. I couldn't have them start until a little later, but they arrived on the scheduled dates for the house and the commercial property. The places look great!

Very satisfied with the service performed. Special recognition for them being very understanding in regards to timing. I hired them to start work after closing on my new home. I only had an estimated date and it was not certain I was going to be able to close on that date as it was a short sale. Did not get a confirmation of closin until the evening before closing. They were very understanding regarding the situation and did not once raise issues, even though with the uncertainty, they were holding my dates reserved and might be giving up other potential work if the closing did not happen. The quality of the work was excellent and within the time they estimated. Would not hesitate using this company again

Selected this company due to Angie's List reviews and grade A rating. They gave a competitive quote and were responsive to inquiries. The foreman gave a concise and professional printed quote on the spot. Work started the next stay and the hard-working crew was here 8AM to 8PM until the job was done. Crew has good communication skills. The crew went above and beyond so that we did not have to do heavy lifting to clear the deck for staining. We decided to order new shutters which required shipping time, so the crew came back to do installation a few days after the painting was done. Only a small communication issue about the door color was corrected on the spot before paint was applied. The crew cleaned up after themselves after the final work was done.

I was very nervous about hiring a painter. I live in a loft with 22' ceilings and there was no way I could do the job on my own. I had asked another painter for a quote which took more than 2 weeks to get back to me, which doesn't lead to a feeling of confidence. I called The Painting Company in the meantime, and Chris came out and gave me a quote the next day. He took the time to come by, was very professional and we discussed what I was looking for from the job and he was able to come up with some better, and cheaper ways to meet those needs. He then followed up a few days later and that call alone sealed my business, even though I had another painter coming for a quote, I liked the proactive approach. I sent my deposit and we setup a date for the team to get there. Paul came and picked up my samples. (I had color names from one brand, paint from another and they know so much about paint they matched the colors exactly from the brand I had samples for which were my preferred colors) Expectations were exceeded! The team arrived a bit later than anticipated but Chris and Paul had both called the day before to let me know it would be afternoon instead of morning. They finished the job in 3 days (slightly under the time anticipated) and it looks amazing! The lines are crisp, the paint is smooth and even and the quality of paint is excellent. They even willingly came back after I messed up the freshly painted stairs, and fixed them for me. Great, great job and I will call them again the next time I need a painter. Although I don't think I have anything left to paint now! :) I had tons of questions and David, the lead on the paint crew, very patiently answered all of them as I asked. A very pleasant experience.

I am very pleased with the service. Chris Camp came out did the estimate and he was very prompt. The estimate was very professional and was written out in detail which ensured that we saw eye to eye on different things.

The two painters worked continuously and efficiently covering all floors and necessary furniture. The whole job took about 5 hours. Deago and Angel left the house in the same condition in which they arrived.

An outstanding experience with an outstanding company! We just moved into a new house for us where the house had been painted over 10 years ago and lets just say that the colors,and styles chosen were not well appointed or done with much thought. Chris was extremely responsive. After scheduling the estimate, Chris arrived on schedule. He was very patient and took his time with us as we walked around the house, describing what we wanted done. He offered advice and described in detail how his company would approach various aspects of the job, including taking care of different wall surfaces in different rooms, brands of paint used, wall preparation, etc. After taking a few measurements, he went back out to his truck and within 20 minutes had a professional estimate prepared for us, broken down to each room and costs for separate items. This was very helpful for us to prioritize what we wanted done that was in line with our available budget. Chris followed up within a couple of days to see where we were in our decision process and if we had any questions. After waiting and waiting on trying to get another accurate estimate from another painter, we felt really good about using Chris and East ATL Painting. He took a deposit over the phone and we scheduled the work. It was great that he could match our Behr colors with his choice of paint, Sherwin Williams. His three man crew, led by Dave, arrived on schedule and got to work. They were a very pleasant crew to work with. I was amazed at how quickly they started to make things happen. They paid particular attention to preparing things properly and to ensuring that our furniture and belongings were well protected and moved out of the way. Dave would touch base with me frequently during the days on the job to ask questions and coordinate the next days plan. Dave and his crew did a spectacular and professional job. The crown molding on very high ceilings was professionally installed and painted, ceilings sprayed, walls smoothly painted and trim well cut in. These guys were amazing and thorough. On the last day as I went around with a flashlight to inspect, they gladly touched up things that I noticed (and they were very minor). They did a great job cleaning up. Chris called on the last day to make sure that I was happy and I was!! After a couple of hours of looking at things and replacing wall plates there was some final touch ups required. I called Chris and he had the crew out after the weekend and do the final touch ups. Very responsive and timely in coming back to finish up! Thanks again, Chris, Dave and East Atlanta Painting for making our home a warm, happy, beautiful place to spend time in. You guys rock! I would recommend East Atlanta Painting to any one wanting a professional, customer service oriented painting job done. When its time to paint the upstairs rooms, we will definitely call East Atlanta Painting back again.
