The guys came on schedule, worked diligently and explained everything we were doing. The work was done quickly and well.

Everyone was on time. The estimator gave a detailed and fair estimate, which is what I did. The painter themselves couldn't have been nice on a different circumstance.

Jorge & Antonio were on time all 4 days they worked for us. They removed the kitchen cabinet doors and drawers and spray painted them in the garage. The results were great! The two men followed my requests to a tee. They were very professional and we will use them again in the future.

They were great! They were professional and had a good attitude when they actually had to come back out. I got 4 estimates and they were the lowest price and actually seemed like they had their act together the most. They also included an interior designer. I?d definitely use them again and have already recommended them.

Good news is the painting looks great. Unfortunately it took a lot of back and forth to get the quality that is promised on the front end. They are responsive but don't seem to manage basic quality control (not caulking window consistently, slopping paint on inside window track and trim, not covering patio floor and getting paint/stain in various areas, getting stain all over neighbors rock river from the overspray off the fence, not catching missed areas that should be pretty obvious, etc.). They spent a day cleaning up and in some cases had to paint the inside trim on our window sill because of how much paint got splashed when doing the windows. Overall it just took a lot of back and forth -even their supposed 'quality control' manager didn't relay things we pointed out to the crew so we in essence had to project manage clean up and basic misses on what should've been done the first time. Fortunately they were more careful with trim work around the brick and we didn't have big messes to deal with there. Price wasn't the lowest but within reasonable range. They will continuously want you to do the 'walkthrough' even before they've finished taking care of things so don't feel rushed by it. We didn't get good value mainly because I estimate we lost about $1000 value of our time repeatedly telling them the things that needed to be done/redone and it's stuff I would have thought they would have taken care of. It took them almost twice as long as estimated to finish and there were no weather delays; it was mainly due to cleanup and coming out multiple times to take care of things not done well originally. Yard cleanup wasn't great (think plastic bottles, etc. left in some places) but not terrible. Overall the quality of what got painted that should have been painted was great and the owner was involved and very responsive to concerns. Will probably give another painting company a shot for the inside work we need done. Overall the house looks great; it just took a lot more energy and effort to get there.

Came on time, kept me informed on what would be done & when. Double checked with me on colors etc before starting a room. Was polite and easy to talk to.

The painters were on time. They were very nice and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up and left everything as clean as it was when they came.

Jorge Ruiz and his crew were on time each day and exquisitely painted the trim in enamel, a dying art. The work is beautiful and my home looks brand new!

It was very good. They did a great job. For what they had to do, the price was pretty good. They had to completely stain my steps and deck before they did everything.

We met with the representative who was great. When the painters began, we realized the color was all wrong. They worked with us and we changed things around. They missed a few things and came back promptly to correct. The prices were excellent and we would definitely use them again.

Because of the age and history of the house, I wanted to be sure that I hired a great paint company to do the work. Overall my experience with The Paint Company was outstanding !!! The team was professional, timely and did a great job. When it comes time for the exterior to be re-painted, I will immediately call The Painting Company to do the work. I have recommended their services to all my neighbors. My realtor has also included them on his "preferred contractor" list. The Paint Company is the paint company to call.

It went fantastic. They were fine and professional. They are reliable and the owners, managers are very hands on and willing to listen for feed backs. They are also willing to fix if there are problems. They are not just nickel and dime; I had some extra that I wanted and they did not try to add anything.

Excellent work. Will definitely have them perform more work in the future.

The East Atlanta Painting Company did a great job. They did all the work same day. They did clean and professional painting. They did the work discussed plus more detail work.

I have yet to see it myself but I did have someone take a look at it. They were detailed and on the ball. They have a specific process for all of there phases of interior and exterior painting and were very professional. I felt they gave a fair price and their timing was good. They were very upfront about deposits and the payment schedule. I was impressed with the owner who came to do a walk through.

The crew of two were very careful. They had to work around all my furnishing and drapes. They did a great job.
