on time, very courteous, cleaned as they went, did a couple of added things not included in initial request. This is a professional painting company. After the initial appraisal, they started exactly when they agreed to, and finished on time.

He was very friendly and he seemed to be very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a good thorough quote. It was well detailed and well itemized.

We contacted The Painting Company through Angies List to ask for an estimate and they were very prompt in getting back to us to schedule an appointment. Our rep Paul let us know upfront that their schedule was full for a few weeks & that it would be the 1st week of November before we could get scheduled if we had them do the job. On the day of the estimate, Paul called ahead of time to let us know he had gotten stuck in traffic & would be 10 minutes late to the appointment, which we appreciated very much after having dealt with other service providers recently who couldn't seem to manage to let us know things like that. It does make a difference. We explained what we wanted & that we had already selected paint colors from Benjamin Moore Paints, and Paul got back to us the next day with the estimate that included the cost of doing either 1 room, or both, which we had asked for. We paid the deposit of $200 and got the job scheduled the following day. The office sent us a form to fill out with information about power & water sources, pets to consider, and specific paint color numbers, where the painters can park, & if there would be any breakable items in the rooms to be painted. Very thorough form that they asked to be returned at least a week before the scheduled job. The painters showed up promptly at the time the job was scheduled to begin and got right to work, asking us questions to clarify about which holes in the walls to patch & which nails etc should stay. As they worked, they were diligent and quiet, and clarifying with us any issues that arose during the job. When they finished, my wife and I were very impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the painters as well as everyone else we dealt with at the company.

Everything went great and this company is very responsive and easy to work with. They exceeded my expectations and Danny and his team were very professional and followed up on all my questions and requests. Paul was great and worked with me to ensure all the details were covered before the job started. I really appreciated this and it made me feel very comfortable to use this company. I highly recommend using this company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

There was some difficulty in communication about the house paint color though I called in a few days before the job to check. But the on-site manager politely worked it out for us. They all worked hard and did a good job.
