Very well. The estimate was done quickly by Michael Rawlings and emailed to me. I scheduled and work began within two weeks. The painting was done by a husband and wife team. They were prompt, quiet, polite, cleaned up each afternoon before leaving. My rooms and ceiling were dark colors, and I was repainting with very light colors, so extra coats were needed. This extended the time needed by about a day. All work was satisfactory, the team was very efficient and professional, and I would definitely hire them again.

They were clean, detailed and very professional from start to finish. We won't hesitate to hire them for any future projects.

The Painting Company was the 2nd of 4 quotes I got, and they came in way under some of the others. JT was fantastic and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The crew he sent over were always on time, professional and left my home neat and tidy at the end of each workday. We will definitely be calling them when we're ready for the next project.

Great! I received 3 quotes and they were the most competitive and seemed to know what to do and how to do it. They were very professional, arriving on time every day ready to go to work. The job required painting the trim which was stained (old and ugly )and walls/ceilings in 14 rooms. It took 10+ days, everything was primed and then 2 coats applied. They provided a designer to help with the color selection and she did a great job as well. When finished, a supervisor reviewed the work with me and ask for a punch list so that could correct any problems. We were so pleased we hired them later to paint the exterior, including repairs. Very, very pleased. They still check with me to make sure all is well. Highly recommend them!

One person handles scheduling, one handles quotes, one handles color consulting. Everything is scheduled immediately. Our crew was fantastic. Professional in every way - excellent painters. I was extremely disappointed. And, almost a year later I am still discovering things that they did: I am finding screens that have tears in them, I found a paint-fingerprint on my wooden blinds INSIDE my home. I have windows that I cannot open because they are painted shut, and less than 1 year later I can see the paint peeling off my windows! When they finished the job, the manager came around and admitted things that were very wrong. He admitted to me that he sent a crew that they had not used before. Unfortunately, the first crew did not appropriately prep my house and they painted over dirt.....here I am less than one year later and it is no surprise that paint doesn't adhere well to dirt and grime. I have quite a large home and I don't understand why The Painting Company would send a subpar, inexperienced crew to such a big job?? Furthermore, they left my windows filthy! My neighbor had her home painted and after they painted her home they went around and cleaned the windows b/c when you paint windows you have to manipulate them up and down and its just part of the job to clean the handprints off, right? Maybe not....at least not if you are The Painting Company. So so disappointed.

We had a large painting job and bid the project to multiple companies. The Painting Company was very competitive on price. Though their bid was not the absolute lowest, their team gave us the most confidence they would deliver the best product for the best price. The project was split into two phases. Phase I was to refinish and paint our kitchen cabinets. The original color was a yellowish brown and The Painting Company crew turned them white in three days. The pictures say it all. Phase II was to repair our walls and paint our entire town home. And, when I say entire I mean it. The team painted all walls, ceilings, trim, built-in cabinetry, inside closets, stair safety rails any anything else you can imagine. It was a big job - to say the least. If you are like us, you are looking for a painter/contractor who can deliver the best combination of price, value and service. Regarding price, they are competitive. You'll likely find a less expensive alternative and if this is your #1 focus, do it. However, on the value side, The Painting Company will be challenging to beat. The final product they delivered was impressive and we seriously don't recognize our own home it looks so good. Finally, The Painting Company really differentiated itself on the service side. The four people I worked with the most (Jason in sales, Lisa in billing, Connor in production management and Javier the painting foreman) went above and beyond in making the process seamless. The painting crew (let by Javier) was punctual, professional, conscientious and really, really good painters. The team even stayed really late on the last night to ensure the job was done right by us. It was evident they cared more about our overall satisfaction than their Saturday night. Do your homework and call a few companies to bid the job. However, if you value price, value and service I bet you'll pick The Painting Company in the end.

I hired The Painting Company because of their rating/reviews on Yelp and Angie’s List, and I was not disappointed. The painters showed up on time each day and got a big job done in just four days! The work was exceptional and I would definitely hire them again.

I had a horrible experience with The Painting Company. I typically don’t write reviews, but after having contractors in my home for other projects, who bring up the paint job and asking if I’m going to get it done... I had to write a review... I paid $6000 for The Painting Company to contract my job out to a sub. The sub never prepped my walls, instead they painted right over the dust and dirt on the walls and never filled holes, just painted over them. There was even a nail that was sticking out in a wall and they literally painted right over the nail! I couldn’t believe my eyes. I came over to look at the job and i found over 5 missing outlet covers and at least 5 broken outlet covers, a broken light fixture, missing blind rods and all in all, a horrible, messy, job. I was called the next day to pay the remaining balance due and that’s when i had to inform them it was far from done & a lot had to be fixed. And a couple days later I had to meet with the Sub contractor and a rep from The Painting Company and I literally had to walk around and point out all that needed to be fixed. They fixed what I pointed out and i told them that there is more and that they need to just look and fix what they see. Well that didn’t happen. Had to have them back again and repeat what i did the day before... aka, doing their job for them and having to point out every thing they missed. And finally i was done. After 3 times having them to continue to come fix the messy job they did, I finally threw in the towel, exhausted that i had to do their job for them and find all their mistakes. In the end i got $200 off for “my troubles” and too be honest I am disappointed that The Painting Company finds it suitable to give me a $200 credit for a poorly done job. One of the sub contractors employees told my Mom that they didn’t prep the walls before they painted because they were never informed to do so. What!?! Every day I wake up and see all the flaws from the paint job and every day I find a new thing they missed. Today’s find, they literally sprayed all my ceilings white and never touched up between the wall and the ceiling. So in at least 3 rooms at my house thus far, I have found a 2 inch border of two different shades of white on my ceiling, the 2 inch border being my old ceiling paint... after having to miss work to deal with it and being mentally and emotionally drained from dealing with individuals who were inadequate at doing their job, I gave up and said to leave the extra paint for me to fix their work. After $6,000 spent, excuse me, after $5,800 spent, I came out with a paint job I have to eventually take more time off from work to fix and I have to explain to contractors that come into my home that no, I am not getting a new paint job, I just had it done... There’s not much you can do to fix a disappointing and messy job when they just paint over dust and dirt on all your walls and leave massive paint drips and holes not filled and leave 2 inch borders on your ceiling of the old ceiling paint and who didn’t even know what they were supposed to do on the job, including what was written in the contract that i paid to get done... Extremely disappointed in a company I expected a great job from. After my experience, I would not recommend The Painting Company to anyone looking for a good paint job that they are proud of.

The Painting Company did an amazing job! We were doing a home makeover for a deserving family and only had 2 days to complete all painting. They brought a big crew to paint the entire home and were done in just under 1.5 days. Everyone was very professional and arrived on time. We had several different paint colors and they executed perfectly. We also wanted one wall to have big white and pink stripes and the final result was perfect. Highly recommend The Painting Company for their great work! The price was a little higher than expected but we were able to negotiate down a little.

I was very impressed with this company from the very beginning. They responded to my request for an estimate very quickly and the price was very reasonable. They provide you with a checklist so you are properly prepared to have the work done and the team that came to the house was very professional. They did an awesome job. I would definitely hire again!!

The Painting Company crew arrived promptly on each of this three day job and worked full nine hour days. They were great guys, fast, polite, helpful and professional. Angel and his partner Claudia were the carpenters who installed the moulding quickly and expertly. Claudia has eight years experience working with a national paint company so was able to assist me in color recommendations. Very happy with the results of this well-priced painting crew.

Totally awed at the combination of price, professionalism, and timeliness. You can usually get two of those, but three is a rarity. Contacted by phone, had someone drop by for a quote within 2 days, and we were able to get on the calendar within 2 weeks (which ended up being even faster due to someone else's cancellation). The onsite crew (2) was great: very professional and very fast. I was expecting to pay significantly more because of the height and complexity of the job, but it was all done within a day. Expertly done. Different days different people would perform a task ie. pressure washing,painting of shutters,sills etc.same quality each and every time.My wife and I went outside about every hour just to see how things progressed and again quality work,quality products.

Excellent,professional work,so much so we contracted them to do the exterior of our house.I didn't have to micro manage the crew they worked diligently to complete the task.
