The project went well. They power washed all surfaces one day and painted the next. All screens were cleaned, removed and reinstalled afterward.

Our experience with The American Painting Company was nothing short of stellar. From the initial phone call, quoting process, timelines of communications, the painting team who did the job, the follow up from our Project Manager, Connor, etc, EVERY person we came into contact with had a customer focused, “how can we please you” attitude. We had 5 quotes from reviews we’d researched on the various social media sites. The thoroughness with which our home painting project was quoted was in great detail and special requests clearly documented. We had confidence from the beginning that the specifics of our exterior painting project were thoroughly understood. The guarantee also contributed to our confidence level. We needed the painting done during a specific window of time and they accommodated us. We were out of town when the house was painted and they reported to us each day on progress. We couldn’t be happier. The painters were very neat and tidy and none of our landscaping was disturbed. You couldn’t ask for a more professional company or a more skilled and accommodating team of employees. You won’t be disappointed!

The estimator had no-show. When I called, the lady picked up phone had no idea who I was and what it was about. She put me on hold for long time to a point that I had to hang up and be done with them. She didn't seem to have the basics as a customer service person in dealing with phone inquiries. Just want to share my experience.

I was very satisfied with them. They showed up on-time. They painted very neatly. After moving the furniture they moved everything back. They were professional.

I received three different quotes to paint the exterior of my home last year. The Painting Company gave me the most reasonable quote, showed up as promised and did the work without any issues what so ever. They were the nicest and most respectful work crew ever. This year I needed some interior work done so I reached out to them again. Once again, they had the best price and, once again, showed up on time (which is a huge deal with any contractor) and did a very professional and stellar job. Contractors are easy to find in metro Atlanta, "great" contractors, are a different story. I would highly recommend these guys and will use them again and again!

They were awesome! Super responsive, helpful, and showed up on time. They did a great job, and finished it pretty quick!

We just had the exterior of our home painted by The Painting Company and could not be happier with the results. This was a large project, 3 story house, 2 story deck, and I collected 7 different painter’s quotes because we wanted it done right. The Painting Co. stood out above all others for a detailed estimate, highest quality paints, both Liability and Workman’s Comp insurance, a color coordinator, 3 year warranty and fair price. The project was smooth from start to finish, and the paint crew were outstanding. At one point we noticed that the wrong paint color was going on the shake shingles. Instead of groaning or sighing, they quickly made it right. My wife also came home one day with 20 bags of mulch in the minivan. One of the guys jumped off the ladder and helped her unload it! Cannot say enough good things about Pedro and his crew - they did a phenomenal job and our house looks like a new home. Would definitely use The Painting Company again and highly recommend to all.

Response to receive a quote was prompt and Lou was very enthusiastic and helpful in answering all my questions when he came to give me my quote. Scheduling was easy and picking out and letting the company know of what color I wanted for the exterior went well. There was a delay in starting the job, as other jobs ran over, and there was a slight lack of communication with that, however, once they came out it all went smoothly.

I wanted to sign a contract but asked what would cost be without a specific service. I got a new contract without that service but the price went up considerably. I asked why and was told they forgot to charge for some items, when I informed that they had charged for those and sent copy of contract prior to that the cost went down but not all the way. I stated that I wanted to go ahead with a specific contract. I had attached a copy for their review. I was sent back a contract with price the same but service removed. I again questioned why the service was removed but the price remained the same but never got a response. To say the least i decided against doing business with them. If i was getting that much of a run-a-round during the contract stage I was afraid to let them start

We couldn't be happier with The Painting Company! From initial quote to final walkthrough, our crew has been incredible to work with. I've already recommended them to several friends and family members, and I'll continue to do so.

Disappointed. The Painting Company has very poor quality control and the completed work is not thoroughly checked to ensure the job was done properly. Communication from sales to project manager to painting team is poor. We used them 2x, once for an interior job and once for exterior painting job and both times they did very poor prep work (not covering floors inside, not taping everything off) and left paint on the newly finished floors, which I stressed had to all be covered. We returned to them for exterior work b/c of price and chalking up the interior prep problems to a one time thing. But, we were wrong, as the exterior job was much of the same. Lack of initial prep led to hours of extra unnecessary cleanup. I had to call them back 3x to clean up open paint cans left in the yard, Wd40, razor blades, tape, and plastic left around the yard. The paint was not scraped off the windows, even after I pointed it out to them; they painted windows shut and did not completely sand everything before they painted. My opinion is that they rush their jobs and work in haste, not taking their time to pay attention to the detail work, and causing poor quality overall. It’s now been 3 mos post job and they are returning again b/c of more mistakes. I am disappointed with this company and will not use them again. While they do come back and try to correct the problems, if they would just focus on the details, prep, cleanup and quality control, returning would be unnecessary.

I needed some fresh paint on a house we have on the market. It was impossible to get any other painters to even call me back let alone do the work. Then came The Painting Company. I got a response from my emailed request in about five minutes. They were able to send someone out to quote the job then paint it all in less than a week. Everyone was pleasant, timely and efficient. I will definitely use them again!

I recently had the Painting Company paint the exterior of my house and I was incredibly pleased with the experience. They were great communicating, scheduling, and working with me prior to the job starting to make sure all my questions were addressed. I did not have any issues with the painters, but if I had I feel that my assigned project manager would’ve promptly addressed them.

The communication and speed of it all was amazing. They are truly professionals and its felt throughout the entire process.

The Painting Company should be your FIRST CHOICE when selecting a painter in ATLANTA. They are responsive, they have great customer service, and the craftsmanship is EXCELLENT. They did what they said they would do from the start, they communicate what they are going to do and then the finished product they deliver will blow you away. (and I dont grade easy) . USE THEM. You wont be disapointed.

We worked with the PCA through SE Restoration, who we hired from our storm damage insurance claim. PCA knows their stuff and did an excellent job painting all the walls, trim and kitchen cabinets on our main floor. They even worked over the weekend to finish up so we could start getting our lives back to normal. The team was led by project manager Zander Roberts, who was very friendly and easy to work with. Xander made sure his crew delivered what we expected, including extra details we wanted addressed -- little but important touch-ups here and there. As disruptive as this kind of work can be (to be clear: It WILL be disruptive short term to your routine), Zander & the PCA team worked to make it go as smoothly as possible. I recommend them!

We used the painting company to repaint the exterior of our home and replace some small pieces of rotted trim. The team did a great job, were very thorough, scheduled quickly and were also reasonably priced. Overall, we couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

We had a wonder experience from our initial quote, to the completion of the final walk through. Jason and his team were instrumental in putting our visions for our house into reality. We were pleased with the promptness, and professionalism with our painting team and our project manager. The painting company has surpassed our expectations and we couldn’t be happier!

The painters were great. They did a nice clean job and we only required a few touch ups. We did experience some bumps in the process, but they were remedied in the end. I would definitely recommend.

Well where do I start, from the sale Person to the painter, they did outstanding job . The painters were pleasant always communicating with me and helpful if I asked a question. Always arrived at 8:00 am and left 5:30 pm and left my house super clean. I will use this company again and again. Highly recommended.

Had interior and exterior painting done on my home. The painting company had two crews come out over 3 days. Both crews were professional and did a very good job on my home. I will definitely use them again for any future work. Price was reasonable as well.
