Atlanta Painting Company

They did an outstanding job. This is the third time I have used this company. They are always professional, clean up very well and will not leave until you are satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing painting.

Went very well, excellent work. Diligent crew. Started and finished on time. Competitive and fair pricing. Sufficiently covered surfaces that were not to be painted. Excellent cleanup job. My only suggestion is they follow their own plan: when you sign, you will get an email from the project manager about the process. Excellent process, only they didn't follow it and never communicated the changes to me. I know they can do better because this is my 3rd time using The Painting Company; I'm chalking this one up to the project manager's "style".

The initial contact for estimate was great, an interim person muddled things up a bit, but we got back on track quickly and the folks who did the work were fast and efficient. They did some corrective patching and painted three rooms. The low VOC paint used meant I could move back in within an hour of completion.

No one to supervise non-english speaking crew. Paint on cement peeled immediately. Wood rotted within 5 years and Had to replace all of the windows, soffets, etc and pay to have it repainted by a different crew. They refused to make it right. For $28,000 I would expect the paint and the wood be proteched for 10 years.

Paint crew was fine. Problem was afterwards. No one came out after to check work or if I had any concerns so not aware I had to wait a week while paint "cured" (term I wasn't aware of) After 2 days with paint dry, I hung a wreath with a Command strip rather than a nail. Within a half-hour wreath fell off taking new paint with it. I called about the problem & told about the "curing" process. Kevin promised to have someone out next morning. Stayed home all day but no one showed up. Kevin apologized and again promised to have some one out the next morning. Again, home all day and no one showed up. Despite my email about the waiting I have not heard from Kevin. Only heard from Susan who apologized but offered no other support. But I see my final check was cashed the same day I sent the email so I really have no way to hold them to their promise. I finally painted over the spot myself as I had family visiting. It's barely noticeable & I can live with it. But this was a big expense for me and I should haven't to "settle".

It went so well - the team was friendly any professional, the crew showed up on time and did an excellent job, and my house turned out beautiful. Very satisfied with the work they've done!

Very thorough and easy to communicate with

The painting company is very diligent in the process and the crew was very awesome and did a great job in painting and completed in-time. Jason Grooms is the one who inspected and was very detailed in explaining the process. The free paint consultation was a great help for amateurs like us. I would definitely recommend the company for your painting project.

They are HIGHLY unprofessional and disingenuous. One of their salesmen showed up, which was fine. He gave me a verbal quote, and told me he'd email it to me in writing. Then he - and EVERYONE from the company - dropped off the planet. Not only did they never give me the written quote the sales rep promised would follow (the verbal-only quote was high-average, but not terribly high), but then they ignored my follow-up emails and text messages, and their phone rep told me someone would get back to me when I called to follow up. But they did (add insult to injury) and sent me an email offering me $50 credit (for all their non-responses) if I'd refer them for other jobs. I'm guessing, and only guessing - though this does not make them any less unprofessional or more reliable - is that the $700 the job would have cost me was not "worth it" for them. Otherwise inexplicable, but nonetheless HIGHLY unprofessional and quite frankly utterly obnoxious (they could have told me this on the phone when I first called, as I was very clear as to the scope of work I needed). Bottom line is the Painting Company is *HIGHLY* unprofessional, unresponsive, and disorganized. And while I didn't lose any money per se (but did lose a bunch of time) and can't speak to the quality of actual work, I can't imagine one could rely on the quality of their actual work if they're this unreliable.

Their painters worked in a timely manner and did a good job. The project manager was responsive. We are happy with the work and would use them again!

The Painting Company painted four bedrooms in my house. They did a wonderful job. They were professional, always on schedule, and never got any paint on the new carpet we had installed two days before. The person who came to give an estimate was prompt, friendly, and made some great suggestions that worked out very well. I received the estimate right away. My neighbor had used them a few months before and recommended them to me. I will be recommending The Painting Company to my friends. They were very flexible with scheduling and everything was completed on time. I called the project manager with a question about the paint one evening. He quickly found out the answer to my question and came to the house the next morning to make sure I was happy. Their employees are terrific and we are extremely pleased we selected The Painting Company.

I just moved into a new home and needed all of the trim, doors and ceilings painted. The Painting Company did an excellent job, took their time and was very professional. They were also on time every morning and their pricing was very reasonable. I will be using them in the future and highly recommend everyone to use them.

I had such a wonderful experience from beginning to end! They cleaned, replaced rotten wood, caulked and painted the exterior of my home. Not only was the end result beautiful, but during the project the team worked hard to keep me informed, the paint chips/any debris collected/clean and so effectively and efficiently. I will hire them again when it comes time to update my home!

The Painting Company was a great company to work with, not to mention one of the least expensive. They arrived to the site on time, called me with updates, did a walk through at the end and the paint job was beautiful! I ended up having to be out of town while the work was being completed. I gave them the code to get in my house and they left it spotless when I came home. They were very easy to schedule and were great working around my schedule as well. It was so nice to come back after a work trip to a beautifully painted home and with no mess to clean up. The only reason I gave a B was because there was a good amount of paint that dripped on the faucets below and in the tubs and showers but nothing that could not be scrubbed off. Thank you for all that you did, I will definitely recommend you to all of my friends.

Our interior job was a combination of drywall fixing, remediation, and painting. The Painting Company did a really great job working with our color choices and our schedules. Now our son has a "Batcave" colored room and our basement looks like a showroom! The painters were very professional and polite.
