Outstanding work - I would definitely hire them again!

From our first contact with The Painting Company to completion of the project, everyone was extremely courteous, thorough, meticulous and professional. The job was completed exactly as scheduled and spelled out in the contract and workers performed all aspects of their duties flawlessly. When we had any questions, Alexis and Jorge responded immediately and provided accurate information. Strongly recommend this company for any household painting needs!

The entire painting project went very well. We were contacted by the Project Manager (Ricardo) a couple of days prior to the start date in order to set the expectations and to determine if there were any specific issues or concerns to be aware of. On the day of the project, the Project Manager arrived early along with the painting crew. He introduced the On-Site Forman (Pablo) and walked around the areas to be painted and made specific suggestions of areas needing special attention (such as cracked boards, etc.). At the conclusion of the 4 -5 day project, the Project Manager returned to ensure that the work was performed to our satisfaction. We were very satisfied with the work that was performed, especially the skills, attitude, and diligence of all the workers. Have already recommended this company to some of our neighbors.

They did an amazing job. I also was highly impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. Moreover, they were reliable. I will use them again.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I RECEIVED LITTLE MORE THAN A RENTAL-HOME-TURNOVER TYPE PAINT JOB. And I've owned rental properties, so I would know. This paint job was for my residence. They should call themselves 'The Marketing Company' rather than The Painting Company. I hired them for an interior paint job in November or 2020. They had fancy brochures, levels of management involved -(that should have been my first warning sign). I signed with them after receiving several quotes because they represented that they would do a good job. The price for their services were $1500+ over 3 other average offers, but I justified the price to myself because they talked a lot about how they did superior prep work, and I had one wall along my back stairs that needed special attention due to furniture bumps, etc. These were NOT large defect/issues, but they only minimally addressed them. I even wrote up a document to point them towards places that I felt needed special attention. The paint job overall was average at best. Specifically: -They did not raise the sash on many windows before painting them. I had to find this myself. Then, they did not have any tools to help open the window. I'm 62 y.o. and disabled, but I had to open the windows for them. The bottoms of the sashes were left unpainted until I pointed this out to them. -They did not cut in the crown molding. They painted the bottom of the crown molding the same color as the walls and asked for extra money to correct it. Walls are to be painted the color of the wall, and moulding is to be painted the color of the moulding. It is that simple but they do not follow that rule. -Many imperfections on the wall paint job. I know they have a guarantee but I do not want them back in my home. -If you call them up you will get a quote from their salesperson. Then they assigned a 'project manager' to the job. I asked to speak to the project manager well prior to the start date but he did not contact me until a few days before the team arrived on site. During what turned out to be a 6 day job he popped in probably 4 or 5 times. He was good and knowledgeable, but he just wasn't around enough. And he seemed more interested in finding reasons to overlook the lack of quality work of the team. -The team arrived promptly, set up each day and did a reasonable clean-up each day. They cut corners and I later found out that they were allotted only 4 days for the job and were likely trying to hold the schedule even though the team was down by 1 person (of a 4 person crew) for 3 days. -I have so much more to say, but I think you should get the picture. I would recommend being able to talk things through with the person who will actually paint your home - using a local painter - rather than going through a salesperson -> project manager -> crew leaders. -Scheduling was a problem. I was trying to get the job done before Thanksgiving and contracted the job in early November. Knowing that I was considering using them, they calledme (on a Thursday or Friday, I think) and said some slots had opened up and 'if I signed up they could get me started the next week. A little while later I called back and put down the ~$1500 deposit. Then, after a few days they called me back and said my job could not be scheduled for another 2+ weeks. I will take a big part of the responsibility for hiring this company,. I promptly paid them in full despite their lousy job. Up until the last day, when the team came back in and did a moderately acceptable job of addressing my many concerns, I was planning on suing them.

Jose and Tyler and the whole team did a fantastic job. My 4-sided brick, beige ranch house was in desperate need of an overhaul. The brick was limewashed and the shutters, doors, siding, and garage doors were all painted. My house is unrecognizable, and the team was fast and professional. I’m going torecommend them to everyone.

We had a fantastic experience with The Painting Company, who painted the exterior of our home. From Susan, who came out to give us our quote & wrote our contract, to Leah, who helped us select our colors, to Tyler & our entire painting crew - everyone was extremely professional, kind, and talented. The painting crew was very thorough as they pressure washed, re-caulked, fixed wood rot and painted our home.

In 2019 they removed popcorn ceilings and painted my entire house. They totally missed spots, didn’t paint a second coat in spots, painted over outlet covers, and got paint on floors, counters, windows and porch screens. Somehow they damaged the kitchen floor and did more damage trying to fix it. Within a week the ceiling cracked and 2 different crews on 2 different occasions still couldn’t get it right. Since then there are multiple cracks all over the house. Communication was horrible and after many unanswered emails and texts I gave up when the pandemic hit. This month I reached out to start with getting my floor repaired. Nobody showed up on the day of the appointment. We rescheduled and nobody showed up a second time! I still haven’t heard from them regarding this matter. I have withheld my review in order to give them ample opportunity to fix all the problems but after receiving another email asking for my review on a job they never showed up for, I had to say something. Do not use this company!

We requested an estimate from The Atlanta Painting Company to paint the exterior house thru TrustDale.com. They contacted us with an hour of the submission and came out the same day. We could not be more satisfied with the work and how everything turned out. Jorge, Fredy and the crew were professional, courteous and timely in all correspondence. We got an email from the paint boss telling us what to expect with his contact number. Every day the crew was on time, worked hard, paid meticulous attention to detail and was very respectful of our property

good. They had to do some touch ups and they came back to fix. I have used them for other jobs as well and the best thing is they have always stood by their work.

We had such a great experience with The Painting Company. We had 4 estimates and they were easily the most professional and knowledgeable of the four companies that quoted. Genna was great and provided the quote in the timeframe stated and was communicative when we had questions. They had the easiest process to get to a contract and to get the right paint on the correct wall/room/trim. The team (led by Adolfo who was terrific) showed up every morning around 8:15-8:30 and worked all day. We were absolutely blown away at the prep work as we’d never experienced this level of detail in prepping before. The painting was perfect and was the best update we made to our new home before moving in. I will contact The Painting Company in the future for future work that we have and cannot advocate more for the company. They were so great and we are very happy with the outcome of the paint job.

This is the third rental property that I have had painted this year and Atlanta Painting Company did a fantastic job. The job was reasonable and professionally done. I will definitely use them in the future for my rental property needs.

Great. The team and product manager were respectful, polite and considerate. They did a great job. The product manager was accessible and friendly to work with. We have young dogs and they were all careful when entering and leaving the house. I would definitely recommend this company.

I got 4 estimates to paint all trim around the outside of my house and I based my decision on the one that got back to me in a timely matter, PRICE, and reviews. Atlanta Painting Co was the best value of the 4. I didn't choose the lowest or the highest priced just the one that I thought was the best bang for my buck. Morgan came out took pictures of my project worked up the numbers and gave me a detail scope of my project with the cost. They stayed in touch with me via email,text, and phone calls until I made my decision, this really sealed the deal. They did a bang up job, going above and beyond to make my experience as seamless as possible. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and will be using them again.

I contacted several companies to get quotes and instantly knew I wanted to use these guys. The estimator came out and was very polite and did an excellent job of explaining the process and expectations. We scheduled a color consult to help us decide on the colors we wanted and the project manager scheduled us to get started. The process was very organized, and communication was excellent. The did an amazing job and any issues were discussed and corrected quickly. I would highly recommend these guys.

I highly recommend the Atlanta painting company. Enrrique and his co-worker was there on time to start painting. Repaired nail pops, screw holes and crack in the ceiling. They painted very sharp lines from ceiling to walls. They did an incredible job and cleaned up well. Painting job was so fast did the entire condo (1209 sq ft) ceiling and walls in 2 days.

Everything went well. Alexis and the crew were very professional and worked very well together. I was told the job would take 3 to 4 days but it only took 2 days. I am so pleased with the out come. I highly recommended this company 100%
