Atlanta Painting Company was everything we hoped for when searching for a company to paint our home exterior. They were on time, responsive, kind, and the quality of the project was an absolute A+. We couldn't be happier with how the home turned out. The entire process was painless and took a lot of pressure off. I highly recommend hiring Atlanta Painting for any paint projects you have.

They gave us a free quote and didn’t try to add to that. The workers were very friendly, efficient, conscientious, and meticulous! They did an excellent job! Everyone was professional from the initial quote to the supervisor to the workers! They made the entire process easy and we are completely satisfied.

The Atlanta Painting Company did a great job on my exterior painting job. I needed a metal roof repainted along with other exterior trim repair/painting, garage door repainting and a paint color change out on my 1st and 2nd floor front porch spindles and rails. Connor who handled my initial job estimate did a great job explaining the process and the type of paint enamel they would use on my metal roof along with the other different types of surfaces on the exterior of my home such as the wood for the trim and vinyl on porch top rails and spindles. The work performed by Guil and his crew along with the follow-up from Marcus was outstanding. Every question and concern I had was immediately addressed. Their pricing was very reasonable and the estimate was itemized and detailed. An added bonus, is that they warranty their workmanship. I will definitely use Atlanta Painting Company again

Expectations exceeded! Atlanta Painting Company scraped my popcorn ceiling and painted the interior of my house. They were perfectionists and paid attention to every little detail. The job they performed exceeded my expectations. They promptly addressed all concerns I had--which were very minor and very few. Popcorn removal is a messy job, but they cleaned up so well you'd never guess I'd just had it done. The entire crew was pleasant and friendly, and the price was extremely competitive. I highly recommend them.

So, first day out it was a bad start with the crew they sent stating they wouldn't be able to do the job in the 3-4 day limit (my place is about 1700 square feet, townhome, and they were doing interior walls and trim). Next day, new crew and they get started taping things and tarping stuff (and I had to help them move some stuff). They only had 2 guys doing this part as the rest were finishing another job. After they finished in a couple hours, they sat there until around 4pm because they had no paint and the rest of the crew was still finishing the other job. They finally get started, and the main walls ended up fine. The bathroom walls were incredibly sloppy around the trim and they got the blue paint on the white trim. Other areas the trim looked gray (same as the wall color) and I had to get on them about this and their sloppy work with the moulding, baseboards, pretty much all of the trim. They blamed the trouble on the old paint (claimed it was oil, I had the old paint in the garage and it was latex), the temporary crew members, Home Depot giving them poorly mixed paint, pretty much every excuse you could think of. Really had to stay on them to get them to do adequate work and in the end, there were still sloppy bits that I just decided I'd fix myself. I'd also add that starting on the third day, unaware that there was someone in the house fluent in spanish, they started trash talking us and covering some of the excuses they'd give to the project manager. All in all, poor work and not worth the money.

This is a follow up review on the work done by Atlanta Painting Company. I hired them to for exterior painting. The workmanship was fine but the cleaning up was sloppy. After they left I discovered that an upstairs soffit was left out. I called the company and the project manager arranged to replace the soffit as well as tidying up stains on the roof carefully. The work was nicely done to our satisfaction.

This was the worst experience I had with a vendor on Angi List. Paint job was not professional, paint lines were not straight, (wall paint bleed onto ceiling, molding paint bleed onto wall, etc.). Damage windows with solar screen film, etc.. Often left outdoor water running. Project Manager seems like someone out of HS that was just interested in collecting the final check. No oversight or inspections. Took several weeks to get all the issues some what resolved.

Competitive pricing, detailed contract. Good communication. The crew was very hard working, arrived at 8 am each day and worked till 5-7 pm. Good attention to detail. My house and deck deck look fantastic!

Great customer service affordable prices and professional job

We were so excited to finally get some fresh paint on the exterior of our home! What I lacked was the vision, thankfully they sent someone out to share their vision and helped me with all my color choices! We had a rain delay but even in the rain they were out doing what they could! Super happy with how our paint turned out and couldn’t recommend them more! 10 out of 10!

We are very pleased with the interior paint job that was handled by Atlanta Painting Co. The workers were very professional and did a fabulous job. Rosa, the team leader was very knowledgeable and the crew was very hard working.

Very nice couple that completed the exterior of our shop in two days. Looks brand new.

The number one thing I asked for doing the consultation was were they able to level my floors and I was told yes. When the the job was finished my floors were still not leveled and the contractors said that’s the best they could do. Baseboard was removed and replaced around my door but was left with large cracks between the frame of the door and baseboard. Painters came out on the final day to painting the baseboards but only painting the living room and dining area, but left the kitchen and closet un painted.

Jorge, Freddy, and the crew did an amazing job on the exterior painting -- including a lot of wood repair around the house and staining the wood deck. They were all professional, friendly, and very thorough. They worked quickly but did not rush. They went above and beyond to address a few extra things we found during the project -- not included in the original estimate. They just "took care of it" without additional cost. I appreciated that. They checked in with me daily to confirm I was happy with how the job was proceeding and ensure there were no surprises. Even though I did a final walkthrough, it's impossible to inspect everything. Before and during the job, they said if I noticed anything after they finished, just give them a call. I was skeptical. A week after the job was completed, I noticed a couple of minor touch-up areas. When I called to discuss the touch-up, they scheduled it quickly -- no questions asked, no hard time, just "We'll be glad to take care of it" (and they did). Many neighbors have commented on the outcome. I can't thank Jorge, Freddy, and the crew enough. Great job. Definitely recommend.

We truly could not be happier with the quality of work performed by Atlanta Painting Company. From Austin, who provided the estimate (and was super sweet to our crazy dogs) to Ricardo and his spectacular crew, we were so impressed by everyone involved with the project. They arrived on time, did what they promised (and did it extremely well), and cleaned everything up when they were finished. This was a very large project with a main house and carriage house, but they made it look easy! They even took the time to pressure wash the rocking chairs on our front porch and bring up our trash cans from the curb - just little, thoughtful things that we really appreciated. Beyond that, I was very impressed by Ricardo’s suggestions - he’d take one look at something and make recommendations about how we could make it better (a different sheen, or a slightly different color) and he was always spot-on. And we were amazed at how well they recreated some of the intricate trim work on the house - I can’t even tell what’s new and what isn’t. Overall, an excellent job performed by excellent people, and I’ll be calling Atlanta Painting Company for all of our future paint projects.

Overall we are happy with the Atlanta Painting Company, but there were a few things that keep us from giving them a 5 star review. Positives: - The company is large enough that they give you a dedicated salesperson that gives you your quote and can even advise you on colors if you need that service. Genna was very thorough with her walkthrough. We called her several times to ask questions and to revise our quote, and she responded promptly each time. Some of the smaller companies I contacted were more difficult to get a hold of to get my questions answered, since the salesperson was often also a project manager. - The crew was extremely polite easy to work with and took pride in their work. They accommodated our request to perform the carpentry work in the morning so as to not wake up our baby during his nap. Their work was well done and they addressed the issues I brought up in the final walkthrough and throughout the project. Negatives: - The company has you fill out a detailed checklist with instructions for the crew (can they store items on your property, park in your driveway, listen to music, etc). I was initially impressed with this attention to detail, but it is obvious that our answers did not make it into the crew leaders hands, since our preferences weren't followed. This wasn't a huge deal for us, and the crew was very polite (they moved their truck when we asked them to and stored their ladders in our yard instead of in our garage), but it may be a bigger deal for others considering this company. I'm not sure why they have you take the time to fill out the questionnaire if they don't bother to communicate your preferences to the crew. - I assumed that a project manager would show up with the crew to kick off the project, orient the crew, and address any concerns I might have. However, the crew showed up without a project manager and had no idea what they were supposed to do for our project. I had to orient them myself so that they could get started with the carpentry. I'm not sure what would have happened if I hadn't been working from home due to the pandemic. When I asked if a project manager would be showing up, the crew leader said that he "might show up this afternoon." He did show up later in the day with the instructions for the crew, but I did not see him again after that. Again, I was glad I was working from home, so I could answer questions and clarify the contract for the crew. I also assumed that he would walk through the project with me after it was finished to ensure I was happy with the work, but he chose to give me a phone call instead. In my opinion, it's these details that separate the good companies from the great. Overall we are happy with our experience with the Painting Company, we just had a few issues that kept this from being a 5 star experience. Hopefully this review is helpful for others considering this company. Update as of 6/20/2021: A previous review stated that this company could be better known as "The Marketing Company." I think this is an accurate statement. Everything leading up to the job is top notch (interactions with office/sales staff, website, email communications, etc.), but after you sign the dotted line, things start to go awry. If you just need a simple paint job, you might be happy with this company (the areas the replaced with new boards look great). My property had not been painted in quite some time, and had several areas that needed extensive prep work. I was assured that the crew would do the necessary sanding and scraping. After I paid, I noticed several areas where the crew neglected to do this and just painted over imperfections. The worst occurred after the job was completed. I noticed that there were several areas of my deck where the old paint was starting to show through. I called to activate the three year warranty and submitted my claim. The office set up an appointment, but the crew did not show up on the day they were supposed to. I contacted the office and am awaiting a response. If you just need a simple paint job and don't think you will need to activate your warranty, they might be OK. Otherwise, hire someone else.

Once the crew was selected by Atl Painting it went faster than I would have expected. The crew chief Daniel was nothing but professional and his team was both professional and efficient. The entire job took less than two days and my next door neighbor just asked me about getting his house painted too. Needless to say I recommended this company and specifically this team!

Fantastic company!! From start to finish, everything was handled with professional and skill. The communication between the company and us was unbelievable!! This is the company you want painting your house!!!

This was my second time using Atlanta Painting company and could not be more pleased with the job they did.

The whole process was easy and professional from start to finish. Someone came to my house and did a walk through and provided a quote. I got three quotes, and it was the lowest one. The two workers showed up at exactly 8 am and worked hard for two days to complete the exterior paint job and some trim repairs. The job manager came by to check in and made sure everything was done well. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

The entire experience from quote to finish painting was amazing and very easy process. Megan with The Painting Company made the process very easy and she was very understanding of our needs and made the experience Great. Would recommend them to friends and family!
