Description of Work: We called The Painting Company for a interior painting project quote. Chris Camp returned the call the same day and came out for a quote the next day. Our quote included painting the trim, including doors, throughout the entire house; painting walls in living room, dining room, sun room, kitchen, entryway, stairwell, and downstairs bathroom; removing chair rail in entryway; sanding/staining outside shutters; and replacing rotten wood around garage doors as well as painting wood surrounding garage doors. We were very impressed with Chris Camp's professionalism, the paint crews hard work, thoroughness, attention to detail, punctuality, and politeness. They completed the work on time and on schedule. The price was very reasonable! We will definitely use them for future projects and recommend them highly to others!!!

Description of Work: Called for estimate. Got appointment for next day. When I made appt. no one ever mentioned any kind of minimum. Chris showed up for estimate. Estimate was for two story kitchen area, two story foyer and stair area, but mostly to repair wood damage on exterior stationary windows and wood repair on inside portion of windows, frame, sill, etc. Explained last company that painted outside area would not fix window wood area under warranty so we would pay to have problem fixed and repaired. Received estimate that he gladly separated out the interior painting areas from the window wood repair with priming and painting window both in and out. Husband and I decided to just get window area fixed for time being since I have always painted the interior myself. Called Chris and he said they will not do window wood repair and painting because they have a $1000.00 dollar minimum on all jobs. Ironically, there are other reviews that fall under that amount on Angie's list and he also advertises 2 painters for a day for $599.00 but tells me he doesn't do under $1,000. Would have appreciated honest answer even if the answer was "no, not worth our time without interior painting included" Please don't waste my time. Had they told me that when I called for appt and I explained the problem window area, I would have never scheduled. I specifically said the painting was secondary. Now I know who not to use for painting interior, exterior, or repairs. If you treat me this way now, how will you treat me once I have already given you my money.

Description of Work: The Painting Company did 6 rooms for our family on 1/4/13 and 1/5. Painters did a great job! No issues! Would highly recommend for future work! Good value!

Description of Work: I engaged the Painting Company in November and there were some issues that left me unhappy with the job. However, the owner Paul was extremeley concerned with my review, and went out of the way to rectify the situation, to my complete satisfaction. He was wonderful, and the redo was outstanding. I am giving the rating a B because of the overall experience, but the redo was an A+ This is a good company, a good owner. KMC
