We're very pleased with the job we had done. They were on time, polite, very neat and when they left, everything was put away and looked WONDERFUL Thank you!

It was ok, not the best. I am not sure it was wroth the money I paid them. They did not have any suggestions. Basically a bunch of Mexicans came in and worked on my landscape and I expected more. I spent about $900 on plants. I was hoping for more input. Somebody that gives me more we can do it this way or that way. They just wanted me to give them direction. I had a bunch of pine they could have laid out for bedding and they just left them there. I was not totally happy but it was not a lost cause.

Within 12 days, Hugo provided an estimate and completed the work.. He and his team were on time, responsive, and exceeded my expectations. I've received many compliments on his craftsmanship and attention to detail.

This company (Hugo) was great to work with and helped us install a budget friendly design plan. Hugo was very patient throughout the process and helped us select plants and materials within our budget. More significantly, Hugo does not price gouge his clients; the price for material and labor is competitive relative to similar companies or significantly less. If you are looking for a cost effective, reliable, and hard working landscape company then I would urge you to contact Hugo.

I purchased the $799 "Big Deal" for 24 hours of landscape and outdoor project work. Hugo is the owner. He was punctual in scheduling a meeting to determine the work to be done and whether it would be covered by the deal. He was also punctual in showing up with a 3 man crew on the scheduled date. He showed his guys the work to be done then told me he was leaving the crew and would return in 4 hours. Once he left, things quickly turned south. His crew didn't speak much english, the work that Hugo and I discussed was only partially done, his crew took frequent breaks, and the crew didn't work for 24 hours. They started a little after 8:00 am and ended a little after 3:00 pm---3 guys @ 7 hours each for 21 hours. I read another review which had the exact same experience. They didn't blow and pick up all the leaves ( they did only half); they were supposed to plant Ivy over the entire area and concentrated them all into half the area---when Hugo arrived at the end of the day and looked at the planting, he made the statement to me that they were planted too close together; Finally, they were supposed to put the leaves and branches into leaf bags that I provided and put them on the street where they would be picked up by the city of Atlanta. The branches and tree limbs were instead placed on the lawn where the city of Atlanta won't pick them up. I was very disappointed and won't use them again.

Hugo looked over the problem and my diagram of the problem areas, made suggestions as to what needed to be done and what supplies to purchase. His initial estimate was $1200 to dig the trenches and install the drainage system. After acquiring the materials (pipe, silt sock, connectors, duct tape, "T's", and catch basins), and having the digging area checked for service and utility lines, I called to let him know the site was ready and the supplies on hand. He and his team started the job and finished in one afternoon. Within a week, moderate rain proved to be too much for the system to drain off, and the spring overflowed flooding the yard again. I called and had them come back out to see the problem for themselves. At Hugo's suggestion, I purchased more drain pipe, silt sock and another catch basin. For an additional $400 they dug the trench, lined it with gravel, installed the pipe and additional catch basin. This seems to have accomplished the desired amount of drainage. There are still soggy places in the yard that I fear will never really dry out, but overall it appears to be working. The only real complaint I have is that, in my opinion, the areas where the trenches were dug and the areas where the "Ditch Witch" tracks left deep furrows should have been "rolled" to remove the ruts and furrows. The supplies ran approximately $800 from Home Depot.

I ordered the service via Angieslist --- $1399 for up to 120 sq feet patio. It is easy to make an appointment with Hugo. He came to measure the place and set up a plan quickly. Within one day, they finished the job. I wasn't on site to watch the project as I was at work. When I was back home, the project was done, they kept the site neat, the patio looks great. Thank you!

At first, you have to be patient. I believe due to the deal, the owner Hugo is very busy and it takes a little time to contact him. But once you scheduled your appointment, he is always on time and efficient. The walkway he built is very beautiful and professional. He estimated only 3 steps needed, but at the end, it needed 8 steps, but he didn't push me to pay more. And, the backyard grading, he got it done way faster than i thought, very professional.

Great job by Hugo and his team. They arrived on time and continued the work until completion. We are pleased with our beautiful new patio and look forward to many great parties on it this season! I would hire him again.

The group of 5 adults arrived at 7:45 am and worked continuously until about 3:00 pm, taking out a few minutes for lunch. They coordinated their efforts and completed the job by 3:00 pm. They cleaned up the area, even removing leaves that had collected there. The finished patio is a lovely patterned, perfectly level, solid area that we plan to enjoy for years to come. The workers were courteous, friendly, skilled and industrious. The only drawback was that there was a misunderstanding about the price. I am sure that he quoted me $950 (in addition to the $1399 paid up front). He was adament that he said $!050. I paid the price that he said he had quoted me. The lesson learned is that I should always get it in writing. I think he got my quote mixed up with someone else's, so it will be in his best interest to always get it in writing as well.

The provider came to my house and measured the area I wanted the work performed in addition to more sq. ft. that I requested. The additional sq. footage was more than I anticipated to spend, so therefore I cancelled the order altogether and requested a refund. The gentleman was very professional and I don't have anything negative to report. I may use his services for future projects. Thank you.

There was a lot of back and forth over scheduling. I wasn't ready to schedule when I first purchased the deal and I felt a bit of pressure to get something scheduled. They relied heavily on communicating thru Angie's List. Since they had my phone number and did call me occasionally, I would have preferred they call or text for the last minute changes they communicated thru Angie's List messages - like last minute rescheduling that happened twice. But in the end, the work was done and it was done well. I was impressed at how clean the yard was after all the work was done.

We thought they were going to be OK but, then we realized that they weren't going to include any weed bedding. The flowers that they planted, the mulch was fine, but we had them do some additional work in the flower bed. The flowers ended up all dying because, they didn't put in any weed bedding, so all the grass grew back up and in the area. They didn't put in any gravel so it's sinking down. They came out quickly.

We had a very good experience with Hugo and his team. The quality of the work was great. I especially liked the care they used in designing an angle to the retention wall that we needed - it looks great! The team did a good job of cleaning up the site when they were done. Hugo was very responsive to us and listened when we wanted a few things done a certain way. Great experience! My only very small criticism is related to communication about needing to reschedule the original planned work day. We had originally had the work scheduled for the week before. We had a lot of rain leading up to that day so the job was delayed due to a backlog for them - completely understandable due to what was going on with the weather. However, no one at the Company let us know they weren't planning on coming out on the scheduled day. We had made some different work arrangements to be there on that day, so we would have appreciated someone contacting us to let us know they needed to reschedule. Very minor issue though. We would definitely use Hugo and his team again. They were fantastic!!

Hugo Crespo and his team did a very nice job on the landscaping project. They arrived on time and worked in rainy conditions to complete it. We plan to use their services again for future landscaping.

Hugo is the owner of Atlanta Green, and he was great to work with. He was straight forward, punctual, and true to his word. In the beginning, I needed help with ideas, and he was very helpful. As he and his team made progress on our project, there were a couple of times where I felt like something needed a slight change and Hugo was happy to oblige. There were other times when I noticed he did smaller things, things I hadn't necessarily asked for, that helped with the overall look and feel of the project. It was clear that Hugo's primary goal was to do a quality job that I would be very happy with, and that is exactly what was achieved. I would highly recommend Atlanta Green Landscaping!

Hugo met me the day prior to the work being done to go over details. We agreed to a price and what would be completed for that. He arrived 15 minutes early with all the crew and equipment needed and they worked very diligently to complete all the work by day's end as agreed. They were very nice to work with and knowing how hard this type of work is and how long it takes, I very much feel like this was a great value. I hesitated when I was told that it would cost extra for tree trimming on my oak, but they did more than I expected overall, so I am pleased and will use them for future landscaping and clean up work, and would have no hesitancy in referring them to friends. I did make a drawing of my landscape and gave a copy to Hugo on the estimate walk. Since I had read other reviews that explained there may be a language barrier, I wanted to be sure we were both clear on expectations. Hugo understood and delivered accordingly. I would have liked another hour or two to finish eradicating the weeds completely, but that will have to be another time! One final note...the deal I bought was for 24 man-hours of work. I paid an additional $300 over the deal price to include some very large, very high branches to be trimmed from my trees. They were close to the house, and I was told because they needed additional equipment and a "tree guy" that I also would have 3 of my hours go towards this part of the job as well. The work-day was from 8am - 3 pm, and varied with 2-4 workers at given times, for a total of 21 worked hours. The deal calculates to around $33/hour. If I had to break this down, that would mean that I spent about $400 on the tree trimming, and the other $600 on hauling/picking up, pulling/clearing brush and weeds (these were weed-bushes, hard to get up!), digging, and general cleanup. I feel like it was an awesome deal at $799, but didn't expect the additional time towards the limbs and additional dollars, but felt it was fair, since there was additional liability on their part, as it was very close to my house and gutters.

The yard looks nice. Most of the major weeding done and vines trimmed. They weeded an area that I did not want weeded and it was my herb bed. It is completely gone along with my herb plaques. My guess is they are in the bag with the trash. They did pull some ivy from the tree and blow the leaves. He didn't bring the tiller and after the fact he said that it would have been charged extra. He has refused to move the dirt and will not do it. I didn't pay $800 for them to blow my leaves and bag them. Also, I asked him to trim a branch off of a tree and when I came back the whole tree was cut off down to the ground.

Arrived on time and with proper equipment to do the job . Was available beforehand to answer questions. Worked virtually every minute and completed the job in a professional manor.

It went. Very well Hugo and his team showed up promptly in the morning, provided fantastic advice and suggestions to make my yard look as good as possible and they wouldn't even let me help load supplies. I would highly recommend this provider and if I need more project will use them on the future.

They did a nice job. I had them come back and do a repair on a stone walkway which came out nice. My only real complaint was communication.

Fast , Efficient, solid work

This was such a great deal that everyone in Atlanta wanted it. They had scheduling problems and we had difficulty arranging a date. Then I got a call that they were on their way one Saturday. Unfortunately, the house where the delivery was made is an hour from where I currently live. So I had to trust them to put it out right. I did verify with my lawn service that it was correct and when I did get to the house some time later, they had spread it appropriately. Other than the scheduling and the difficulty communicating because of a lack of English skills, the price was great.

Hugo and his crew were very professional and hard working. Hugo went above and beyond to make my yard look great. I would highly recommend him!
