Armor Seals

In short: Got advance $325 by check about a week back and have been dodging since then. The Father/Son team came in response to my query about installing gutter guard. They came and Kevin (the father) recommended down spout cleaning and recommended few other works including tree trimming and door fixing. Gave an estimate of $650 and got check for $325 cashed on Aug 25, promising to do the works by the 28th failing which the 29th. Kevin said he will send the written quote by email the day he got the check. Have been dodging the issue and several phone calls and text messages are responded with some excues or other. Refuse to send the quote, refuse to give a receipt for the mone received and have not shown up for work until now (Aug. 31, 2020).

My mother hired them to build a retaining wall and steps. She paid upfront and they never finished the work. They built the wall and then my mother had to repeatedly harass them to get the steps done. The wall looks great. The steps are not level and uneven. They never sealed the stone work and aren't returning calls. It's been over 6 months now.
