Description of Work: After a bad experience with a pest control company not well-versed in rodent removal, I called Animas B Gone after reading the glowing reviews on Angie's List. Chris was able to diagnose the problem and solve it in a day, unlike the months and months of repeat visits from the other guys. Highest recommendation.

Description of Work: We had a few stink bugs wondered into our attic and they came out, sprayed the entire 3 floors and attic. About three weeks later we called and let them know that we found a couple of stink bugs still lingering, so they immediately came out and sprayed again. |I love these guys. Will use them everytime.

Description of Work: Sean Caruso was prompt to respond and such a nice gentleman. Before offering his proposal, Sean completed a full inspection of the interior and exterior of house. Within 24 hours he emailed a detailed Inspection Report with photos and a line-itemed account of all work to be completed with additional options. I was very impressed with his thoroughness, explanation regarding the rodent issue and his plan for resolution. He also offered a life-time guarantee with no annual renewal fee, which is rare and greatly appreciated. My client has not scheduled the work yet, but I have highly encouraged him to do so. I will definitely refer Sean and Animals B'Gone to future clients and friends and would use personally should the need arise.

They installed gutter guards. |Summer of 2014 I emailed them about a bee problem in a shed, but they never replied. We dealt with the problem ourselves since we couldn't get a single company or professional bee keepers to come out!

They sprayed two days in a row then came back to seal up the entry points. |The business owner and one of his employees both came to my house each time. Description of Work: Set traps for attic squirrels. Installed shield over eaves to prevent re-entry of animals. Covered and painted a pillar and a beam where animals might be gaining entry. Replaced wood where necessary especially in two small roofs over two terrace type doors. Also replaced shingles there as needed. All this with considerable accommodation to my requests.

Description of Work: We noticed an infestation of roof rats and squirrels in our attic and the rats were also finding their way into the drop ceilings. I was able to kill 4 of them myself, but figured that they'd keep coming back. I found Animals B Gone on Angie's List and called them to come out for an estimate. Sean Caruso immediately won me over with his knowledge of the subject at hand and described the behavior of the rats to a tee. He explained how they would trap for existing rats and how they would secure the house to prevent further intrusion. Sean's team came out and sealed our house over a 2 day period and also created an exit for a squirrel that had joined the party. I did not want to write a review until I was comfortable that the rodents would not return and it has now been 14 months without any signs of further activity. If I do see any activity in the future, I am comfortable that Animals B Gone will honor their guarantee to return, find the problem and fix it.

Description of Work: Sean came out within 24 hours after I called him. He looked in the attic where we were hearing the noises and all around the house to check out where the creature could get in. He took photos and put them into a document that contained the estimate. After we accepted the estimate, he came back with a crew of about 8-10. They were at our home for 10 hours on the first day, plugging holes, fixing gutters, attaching loose roof tiles. He walked around our home with me explaining everything they were doing and also explaining about roof rats. I appreciated the Discovery Channel explanation. They went into the attic and cleaned up any dead rats. They also checked out the basement and all craw spaces. When they were done, they set traps in case any rats were still around. They came back several times to check the traps. About two weeks after we thought they were done, we smelled a dead rat. That very day someone came out and spent the day looking for the rat and cleaning up where it may have been. Problem solved. A couple of weeks later I thought I heard a rat above my bed. They came out again, right away, and noted that the heat had caused some roof nails to pop. A crew spend the day here fixing all popped nails. They did not see a rat but it may have been there. They set a trap. After we thought we has sealed the house, the cleaned up the attic, removing all insulation and disinfecting. Then they sprayed new insulation into the attic. So far so good. No more noises. What I love is the security that if we do hear a noise, I can call and someone will be here within the day. They stick by their guarantee. I love this company.

Description of Work: We came home from vacation on New Years Eve and found a roof rat in my daughters room. We called Animals B Gone and they were wonderful. Shane came out and caught the rat. We had them comoe back out to seal the gutters to keep them from coming back in again.
