Excellent, wished they did more services. Pricing is incredibly fair. Follow up and service is excellent. Had a problem a few years back and they did not go away, this company has a lifetime guarantee on their work. They charge by the foot and my linear link is 105 ft. They did not charge for cleaning out the gutters or removing any of the debris.

The representative Shawn was very professional and he let us know what was going on and what needed to be done to fix the issue. Shawn bonded the walls in the attic to fix the issue. It has been about three weeks and there are currently no animals in the attic. Shawn did the work very neat and clean and he also recommended having more insulation installed in the attic. I was very pleased with the service.

I saw evidence that squirrels were tearing out the insulation and electric wires possibly causing a fire. I called for an appointment on Monday. Sean came to the house on Tuesday. He found evidence of squirrels and "roof rats" in the attic in the house and garage. I was surprised that we had "roof rats" but Sean showed me where they had entered the attic in several places through the thin screening covering the continuous soffit, and showed me their "trails" through the insulation. The inspection was free. It surprised me that they took nearly 2 hours to complete it. The roof line of the house is about 40 feet above ground level in the rear, and the inspection even had them climbing the ladder to inspect those problem areas. They scheduled the work for Thursday and completed it on Friday, using 4 or 5 workers. They even cleaned the outside of the gutter and washed the windows below the gutter. I was very impressed with their professionalism.

The people we worked with were professional, and we trusted them instantly. They arrived at appointments on time, and were flexible with our schedules. They communicated with us through home phones, cell phones, and email...whatever was the most convenient for us at the time.

I live in a townhouse and there are 4 units with attached attics. When I noticed "droppings" in my attic, I called several companies to inquire about my options. Sean Caruso was excellent at answering my questions, explaining everything and discussing the pros and cons of each option. When he came to inspect the property, he removed his shoes when going into our homes and was careful not to track anything from the attic onto our carpets. He was always on site overseeing his workers and they did a great job. I am also going to have them clean up and replace my insulation. They will provide the full service if you want it all done, or just get rid of the current unwanted inhabitants of your space.

It went very well. Sean Caruso was the supervisor of the project. He was the key. He made sure everything was done well. He is extremely professional and I would recommend the company and Sean to any of my friends. They did a great job sealing the house. They were very thorough and professional. They did a great job with clean up. My attic has never looked better after they were done. We have great peace of mind now. I am a very demanding person and they met all of my expectations.

They were amazing. They came and did the work they promised and then some! We really felt like fools after being taken advantage of by this previous company and Ken was very understanding. Evidently we were just one of many victims and he was determined to build back our confidence in this industry. So far he has succeeded. I definitely did not want to go through another fall/winter with 'uninvited guests' in my home. For the first time in almost a year, I feel like I can rest easy again. Thank you Ken and Animals B Gone - I can't tell you how much we appreciate the work you've done! We will definitely recommend you to any of our friends, family and acquaintances who may need your services in the future.

I think I covered it already, you may have to leave them a message evidently their phone never stops ringing but as promised they call you back as soon as a line is free and they actually have a manager or supervisor on the other end that can talk to you intelligently about your problem before the come out so you will know what to expect. They show up in a two hour window, they call before they come if you prefer, they take off their shoes before they enter your home (my wife loved that) they are clean cut and very professional. My wife said they listened to every word she said and were very considerate of the things that were important to us. We had to have them check the trap once at 6:30 am. and another time at 10 pm. at night (very strange schedule. that week with relative in town) basically, they are old school seemed to really appreciate the fact that we chose them and showed it with their actions. My wife and I agree that we have honestly never been treated better by contractors

They did a good job, but I felt like their price was very high. I liked everything about the service except the fact that it was so expensive. I have not had any more problems with rats and squirrels since the job was done, so overall I was pleased with the company.

Chris was extremely professional, kind to my family, and understanding to how troublesome the problem was to me. He responded quickly to all my requests and was always here when he said he'd be here. He went out of his way to make sure the problem was taken care of right, and took extra steps that weren't even part of what he agreed to do, just to make sure our problem was truly gone. Just out of kindness, he also sealed up several holes in the house from bees while he was already up there working. During the process, he was always available to talk about what was going on in the house, providing his knowledge, and figuring out the best solution (not to mention calming my nerves about rodents in the house). He and his team did a great job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! He not only provided the physical service of rodent removal, he provided peace of mind that I could rest easy about the problem; he had it taken care of!! Thanks Chris!

Matthew Field came over the same day I called and made a thorough evaluation of the holes rats were using to come and go as they pleased. He explained in clear, logical terms what needed to be done to close up the holes and trap the rats left inside. The big difference between Animals B Gone and other pest control companies is that these guys have a sophisticated understanding of animal behavior. Matthew solves problems from the point of view of a biologist. He knows that the only way to get rid of rats is exclusion, closing the holes rats use to enter and exit. He also knows how to bait the traps in such a way that causes rats to come sniffing. Three weeks and eight or so dead rats later, my house was rat free and has been for nearly a year. In addition to their expertise, I was particularly impressed with the integrity and work ethic of the Animals B Gone staff. Matthew recommended only what was necessary to solve the problem, and he followed-up until the rats were gone.

Matt and crew showed up and immediately explained how they would handle the situation giving a rundown of what they'd be doing along with the actual effects of the formula they'd be laying down. They performed the job expeditiously, and advised that they would return for additional servicing if need be. Also stated to contact them immediately if any snake sightings reoccurred, and they would ensure they'd expedite returning to address the issue.

These guys really care about their work. They are on time and work hard until the job is done. We had one of their more challenging jobs but they worked well past dark to get it done. Didn't try to charge more when they realized the work would take longer than they originally anticipated. Maybe a bit pricey, but worth it for the peace of mind.

Great bunch of guys they were the only ones that I could find and believe me I tried several companies that could actually solve the problem I was having with wood peckers - they were professional prompt, and prices were in line with others that did not solve my problem or do the repairs.

They put their own system up to keep the animals out. They put cages over all the exhaust fans and even put a trap so that they could not get in the dryer vent. We feel that he really went the extra mile and really knew his stuff.

Very good. They came out and sealed up the whole house, to prevent further access to house by roof rats. They did their work promptly, and followed-up to check traps for caught rats.

They finished the work in one day, even sprayed down the attic after the trapping program to deodorize and disinfect. The other two companies we had come out could never produce their insurance certificate or license, and honestly, I didn't feel comfortable having the guys from the other companies that came by in my house; they looked like they were dirty and looked like they were on drugs. This group, Animals B Gone, a professional and Christian group who delivered on what they promised.
