Description of Work: We have had an ongoing problem with roof rats in our home. Chris came and did a thorough inspection. The inspection fee was applied to the job. They did the exclusion work necessary, set traps, and returned twice to check traps and remove dead rats. Final visit Chris sprayed the contaminated areas and assured us he would return if we heard rats again.
