+ -1 moreThey were local and very responsive. The owner himself came out in the beginning to explain and go over everything. The workers he sent to complete the installation were also very component.

+ -1 moreWe recently purchased a new home and asked Andrews to quote an upgrade to the existing security system. They designed a state of the art system that provides maximum security at a reasonable cost. They talked us out of some ideas we had and introduced some better, less expensive devices to use. They have been in business for years and have kept many of the same employees. We are very comfortable having them in our home and we have never had any problems with their monitoring service which has remained the same price - $60 per quarter - for the 20 years we have used them.
Description of Work: We used Andrews Security to install and update the security system in our current home and they have performed the monitoring for the system for the past 20 years.

+ -1 moreThey are extremely responsive and have been terrific for me. They are polite and courteous. They run tests on the system every month to make sure it is still going at the best of its ability. They are helpful and they are the ones who installed the alarm for me a few years ago. I have been real happy with their service, so I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: Andrews monitors my alarm system and I have a yearly contract with them, so I pay an annual fee for the service.
