Description of Work: We changed over to American Alarm from our prior company, added cellular comunication and additional wireless sensors. They also fixed our siren which had been disabled. They were courteous, knowledgeable and on time. We are very satisfied with their monitoring service.

+ -1 moreWe're not a service customer but American Alarm was willing to work on our alarm system. The repair they performed was fairly complex, and took 3 hours. Excellent service, great technician. We would use them again.

+ -1 moreVery good. Transparent communications with sales person and technical installer. Good communications with office. Too soon to know everything, but all signs point to good service.
Description of Work: American Alarm replaced another monitoring company who were impossible to talk with by phone. American Alarm re-programmed our burglar alarm to work with their monitoring, and discovered a bad component that prevented phone communications. They replaced the main board (List $200) for $150 with no labor charge. They now are performing our alarm monitoring.

+ -1 moreI have been very pleased with my monthly monitoring. The cost is the most reasonable I've found in the area. Also, my home was hit by lightning and it knocked out several things in my home including my alarm system. American Alarm came out quickly and replaced my keypads and circuit board. They scheduled an appointment quickly, arrived on time, were courteous and did a great job.
