We spoke with many, many providers to find someone who would take the care and time needed to both remove our existing lawn and replace it with a high quality zoysia. We wanted not only a good quality sod, but someone who would recognize the importance of soil preparation and timing in putting down new sod. Andrew was recommended by a vendor whose sod we knew was good, so we were comfortable having him come by to give us a quote. We have a fairly large yard so this would be a relatively big job. He was thorough and appropriately enthusiastic in his initial visit with us. Andrew took time to understand what was important to us and hit all of the points we felt were important. Overall, the installation went fairly well. There were a couple of things we needed Andrew to address with one of the folks on the crew when the work was being done, and he did that. The lawn looks great and we are happy with it two years after installation. Advanced Turf Care also does do our lawn service... occasional fertilizing and weed treatment. We had one issue that we needed Andrew to come back and take care of and he did that...no problems. We have recommended Andrew Powell and Advanced Turf Care to our neighbors and will continue to do so. We dealt too many people to count when searching for the right person to install and service our lawn. Andrew was and is far and away, the best!
