Company rep arrived on time, did the job, cleaned up, and was professional in his manner. Price did not fluctuate from the quoted price agreed to beforehand. I will call them again next year.

I called him and asked how soon he could complete the chimney sweep, he was able to fit me in the next day. The next day, prior to the appointment, I called to see if he was going to be on time, and he said yes as well as he arrived on time. He didn't make a mess, was professional, on time and accommodating to our urgency to get it done.

It went very well. Tenny met me at a rental house I own to inspect/clean the chimney. New tenants had moved into the house 2 days prior and I needed to make sure that the fireplace and chimney were safe for them to use. Tenny inspected the chimney and found that it was clean and free from creosote. He opened and closed the damper and found all the parts to be in working order. He showed the new tenants how to use the gas starter and what to do in order to build a fire.

They arrived perfectly on-time and were very neat. Used a tarp to keep everything clean. Very, very nice gentleman. Competitively priced and was not pushy when offered additional solutions that I needed. I highly recommend this company for this type of service.

I had my daughter's house chimney swept and inspected . The person on the phone and the person doing the work were accomodating and friendly. I called after the work was complete and got a thorough report. Will use this company again.

I selected Advanced Chimney Sweeps from Angie's List and called to make an appointment. They were able to accommodate the specific date I requested. On that day, the technician arrived exactly at the time given. He introduced himself and first asked questions about the chimney (when house was built, how often the fireplace was used, etc.). Then he explained what he would be doing during the appointment. After inspecting the fireplace, he shared his assessment of it and what should be done next. He answered all of my questions and even showed me a few things about proper use of the fireplace that I did not know. After cleaning the fireplace, he tested the gas starter and primed the flue. When the gas starter on the fireplace did not appear to be working, he went outside to check the line. It was working but just needed to be opened further. The whole job took less than an hour and the results were great. The fireplace was clean and there was no mess in my house - the technician carefully cleaned up. I felt confident about using the fireplace which had been unused for almost two years.

We have lived in our current house for 6 years but never used our fire place. Now that we wanted to use it we thought that it was best to check out the chimney and fire place first. Advanced Chimney sweeps examined the chimney, the fire place, and the chimney cap to make sure that everything was in good working order. The person who responded to our request was on time, courteous, and very efficient.

Tenny was awesome -- he removed from several squirrels that were stuck in the chimney and definitely went out of his way to make sure that we were completely satisfied that the chimney was all clear.

Did an excellent job. We had not had our fireplace cleaned in seven years! His price was so fair, I decided not to use the $15 off coupon provided through Angie's List.

Great. The service was exactly what I requested. I called on a Saturday and they set up the appointment for me on the following Monday, which worked out great because it was a holiday and I was home and didn't have to take off from work. The appointment was scheduled for 2:00 p.m. and the gentleman called and asked if it would be convenient to come a little earlier and I said sure, it would work out great for me as well. He came in, did the cleaning, cleaned up everything and then inspected the chimney from the outside. He was very honest about what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done, which saved me some money. I thought the service was excellent.

Arrived on schedule, and performed the work quickly and professionally. Took special care to ensure no soot or ashes soiled the carpet.

Mr Groves showed up right on time and did a great job. He took extra time to show me how to use the gas starter and prime the flue (I'm a fireplace novice.

Scheduled an 8:00 Saturday morning appointment and was spot on time! Explained that the charge would be only $60 if the Chimney did not need cleaning, but it did. Very professional. Chimney is spotless as is the fireplace. He even cleaned the grate!

DAN SEEMED TO CLEAN OUR CHIMNEY VERY WELL. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, AND REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS AND LET US KNOW OUR OPTIONS BEFORE CONTINUING. HE MEASURED FOR A CHIMNEY CAP AND RETURNED WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS TO INSTALL IT. HE WAS DEPENDABLE AND MADE MY LIFE EASY. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
