Neat appearance and very courteous. |Completely inspected the chimney and performed a cleaning. |No mess was left and he explained the service and condition of the chimney in detail. |I am very happy with the service and will use these guys again.

Description of Work: Inspected three chimneys and dampers, inspected three gas fireplaces, and swept one wood burning fireplace. Also cleaned one dryer vent from the dryer to the outside opening which was a run of about 25 feet. | |We used this vendor because they were prompt in responding to a request for service, and their prices were a lot lower than others. I still think $367 is a lot of money for 2-3 hours of work by one person, but the going rates in this area are very high for chimney work. A vendor we have used in the past wanted almost $900 for the work! | |The outside vent opening got broken during the cleaning, and they replaced it and painted it although with a different style than what was there.

Description of Work: The professional sent out was on time, professional and knowledgable. He was Licensed, bonded and insured. He inspected the chimney first to assess the need for a cleaning (ask if you need a cleaning along with inspection before just having them clean it).. The peace if mind that came with knowing we could actually use our fireplace this season makes this money well spent. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: On their first visit (8/9), they cleaned and inspected the chimney. They also gave us an estimate on installing a chimney cap. On their second visit (8/18), they installed the chimney cap.

Description of Work: I CALLED FOR A CHIMNEY CLEANING, BUT THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID I DID NOT NEED A COMPLETE CLEANING. I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY. I COULD NOT REMEMBER WHEN I HAD MY CHIMNEY CLEANED LAST AND I INTENDED TO USE THE WOODBURNING STOVE INSERT A GREAT DEAL THIS YEAR. I WILL CALL HIM AGAIN WHEN I HAVE BURNED MORE WOOD.
