It was smooth as silk. The crew showed up exactly on time and got right to work. The limb was as big as a good size tree and it was no problem. The work was done and the cleanup was fantastic. If you did not see where the limbs were you could not tell that they had been there. The foreman told me that there was a sizable crack on the top f the limb and it had a lot of play in it when they started cutting. I am sure if Erik and his people had not removed it the limb would soon be residing in our living room and kitchen.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a tree service. Professional, prompt and the clean up after the work was Fantastic! The foreman spoke to me afterward and let me know that the large branch, over hanging the house had a split on the top of the branch he let me know that the situation was far more dangerous then I had originally thought. The people are the real deal. They absolutely stand by their work, they really over delivered for me. I would not hesitate to use them again if the situation called for it. I would have zero reservations about recommending these fine people to anyone that needs an Arborist and a tree service. I know that they will deliver time after time.

This crew was amazing! They were early, efficient, thorough and did even more than I expected! They cut down several trees, cleared all beaches from existing trees that were growing over my home to eliminate safety issues and pests and cleared out all debris from my yard! They were courteous and polite! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs minor or major work done on their property! I'm not disclosing my cost as each job is different and I don't want to deter anyone from using them. They were in my opinion very reasonable for all that I needed done!

I can't say enough good things about Javier, Erik and the team at AAA Tree Experts. From the initial phone call with Javier, to working with Erik the certified arborist, to the crew that performed the work ? they were top-notch in every way. I had several trees that had fallen, some that needed to be trimmed and one diseased/dying/hazardous righ next to our house. It was a complex job (to me), but Javier and Erik seemed confident they could do the work safely and efficiently. Pricing was fair and reasonable, and being able to deal directly with the owner of the company as opposed to a salesman was a huge benefit. Javier told me the entire crew and leadership team have been working together for a while, and are like one big family. You could see it in the way they work. Everyone knew exactly what to do, and did their job in a professional and safe manner. I had no damage to my house, and they actually left my property in better shape than when they arrived. They also took care not to damage my driveway and concrete pad when running the bobcat to gather the large fallen pieces of the trees. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and will absolutely call them again when I need tree work done.

They were excellent. Eric/Molly and their team worked reliably and efficiently, and the cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and followed up with us to be sure we were satisfied. Excellent customer service!

Removed a 100 ft. tall sweet gum tree located between my garage, shed and fence. There was limited space for the workers to remove the tree. The crew had to cut the tree into Pieces (from the top down) and then carrying the branches and logs to a chipper or truck. They did a great job and there was no damage.

Nine men arrived this morning...very courteous in explaining that they were waiting for their boss (Erik Miller) to arrive. When Erik arrived he immediately toured my yard withi them...showing them the work to be done. They divided into groups and began their assignments...and three hours later the work was completed and everything was very neatly cleaned up. I will be happy to recommend AAA Tree Experts to anyone and everyone!!! It is truly an exceptional company beginning with Erik, Molly, Javier, and all the men working for them. I smiled when they arrived and was still smiling when they left...it was a blessing to have them work at my home...and I will definitely invite them again!!!4

Erik & his wife Molly showed up at my door at 7:30A to review the damage and provide an estimate. He not only accessed the damage but identified other problems in my yard. Once I approved the work, him and his team showed back up a few hours later and took care of the entire job. He did everything he promised to do. Him and his wife were extremely pleasant, professional and provided me outstanding customer service.

Fabulously well. In less than a half a day, the trees were removed, the area cleaned up, undergrowth removed; wood chips placed in the agreed upon spot and no damage to my property. I'm thrilled.

Within a half day, the selected trees were cut, others were trimmed, downed trees were moved to the street and stacked neatly in the street for pick up. A bobcat was used with little to no disruption to the property. Mulch was put down in the areas cleared of brush. On time, within budget, with great quality and excellent service. They will definitely be back for my next project.

I stumbled on these folks as they were doing a job for a neighbor when I went walking. I inquired about their services. The owner and his wife drove me to my house to take a look at the potential job virtually immediately. We discussed alternatives and settled on the job right then setting the date for the next morning. A few hours later I was called saying it'd be around lunch time and I deeply appreciated the update. Their team came around 11am and did a fantastic job including clean-up. I asked if they put the mulch over to a designated spot which they did and I'd use them again and have already recommended them. First rate performance. Fair pricing. Professional in every way. Javier Perez managed the crew doing the work. They listened to our concerns and were careful and very pleasant to work with. We had many plants and trees in the area, including our neighbor's landscaping, that could easily have been damaged, but they were not! The crew was efficient and cleaned the site and the street beautifully. We have been agonizing about getting this work for a year and are so pleased with the outcome!

AAA Tree Experts did an amazing job! They removed two large trees from our backyard (which was not easy to do because of our narrow driveway and close proximity to neighbors) and pruned many other trees in our yard. Erik and Molly were great, professional, and very knowledgeable. The team that removed the trees was efficient, hardworking, and thorough. They not only did an excellent job removing the trees but also cleaning up afterwards. We were really impressed with how quickly the job was scheduled and finished. We will definitely recommend AAA Tree Experts to others and use them again in the future.

We had a large Oak tree in our backyard that was 60% dead. It looked like an ominous tree the three eyed raven would visit in Game of Thrones. Actually, a woodpecker visited quite often every Saturday morning bright and early to my chagrin. Erik, Javier, and Molly were the perfect team. The tree was already a concern of my wife's, especially during thunderstorms. I had it on my agenda to research at some point, then AAA and Molly being in the area removing some trees for my association knocked on my door. Erik and Molly mentioned the condition of the tree and pointed out areas that were worse than my thoughts. The timing was meant to be. I was scheduled for a conference call coming up so I took Erik's card to call at a later date. I spoke to Erik yesterday and arranged an 11:00 A meeting today to discuss the tree. Erik gave me a call that he was able to come earlier, if possible. My schedule was open and there is no time like the present. He came by and we discussed the situation. He said they could possibly take care of it today because a later appointment had an issue wrangling their dogs and cats so they might have to cancel. Sure enough, a couple hours later the team was outside. I met Javier who verified the agreement in my discussion with Erik. He had it 100%. I went back inside the house for more conference calls and a couple hours later the eye sore of a tree was gone and the area was pristine. I met back with Erik, Javier, and Molly to close out the deal. Erik showed me the final look, which was a scaled down stump, and I was 100% satisfied. Yesterday, before making the call, I had no idea what today would bring. Now I'm on my deck writing a review while looking out past where a tree was hours before.

First class service and work. Erik met with us to survey the work. Right from the start his professionalism and expertise put us at ease. He first provided us with AAA Tree Experts Credentials. Including Business License and Certificate of Liability Insurance. These forms displayed how vital customer service is to their business. Erik then walked our property with us and provided expert advice and opinion on the work we wanted performed. He did not rush us one bit and took the time to explain every aspect to us. Upon providing the quote Erik said that he had a crew that could come right away to do the work. We were very pleased. The crew of about 10-12 arrived within 15 minutes all dressed in uniform looking very professional. Erik gathered the team and reviewed the work with them and the team disbursed dividing and conquering the tasks. We stayed inside the entire time in awe of the work being performed. I don't think my husband and I realized just how big of a job this actually was. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris. They treated our property like it was their own. No more than 3 hours later , the job was complete over and above our expectations and the crew was packed up and ready to move on to their next job. Thank you AAA Tree Experts. You are surely our Tree Experts from now on!

Amazing from start to finish. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Kind, courteous, and economical (especially considering the behemoths that had to be removed from our back yard).

AAA Advanced Tree Experts walked up to my door and offered me a quote to remove some trees that was thousands of dollars less than any other quote I had previously received. Everything seemed to be going great until the fell one of the pine trees on top of my septic tank. This cracked the lids on my septic tank and I had to act fast to get my septic tank fixed. During this process no one at the company could be reached. Finally, after repairing the septic tank with my own money, I was able to reach someone at the company only to be passed off to someone else. After several weeks I was eventually told that their insurance company denied their claim. When I asked for their insurance information to file my own claim I was told "No.". After doing some research of my own (calling insurance companies) I have learned that many tree services that offer cut rate prices have forged insurance documentation. When I questioned the salesman (Erik Miller 678-488-6942) about his insurance information he quickly hung up on me. When I contacted him again he squealed and yelled at me never to call him again. I am repulsed that a grown man would act in this fashion, much less represent his business with such immaturity. I am now in contact with a lawyer seeking damages in small claims court.
