Description of Work: Their price was very competitive, and the granite was of high quality. I would have rated them an A across the board if it were not for the following: 1) After paying 50% down, and going into production we waited. After about a week, I called to check in and was informed that we were scheduled to have our old countertop removed on Sunday and the new granite installed on Monday. That was a surprise, and we were lucky that we were even in town and that I was able to schedule time away from work to be there on Monday. Short notice....really no notice. It should not work that way. 2) The installers that came on Monday, did not bring the sink (it was on order) and did not complete the install....leaving our lazy susan unfinished and forgot to predrill the holes for the kitchen sink. 3) The gentleman responsible for re-connecting the plumbing came later than promised, and due to the work left undone by the installers, stayed until almost 10 pm. I appreciate him seeing it to the end, but this was not how it was supposed to work. He did reconnect the lazy susan, but we later found that it was still not working/spinning. 4) I left a message for the owner, but my call was not returned. 5) I called again and did finally reach the owner. Nice lady, and we came to an agreement (easily) on what needed to be done. 6) Today, 4/29, the owner and her husband came and fixed the lazy susan. Overall, they are very nice people, but there was just not the responsiveness, communication and coordination that I expected...and should have received. This process took longer than it needed to.

Description of Work: Existing corian counters in kitchen and laminate counters on bar were removed and replaced with granite counters.

Description of Work: Cornerstone Granite installed granite countertops in my kitchen, four months ago.
