 + 1 moreThey were very courteous, arrived for the initial consultation as scheduled. We had a a few weather related delays (set them back on other projects and delayed start of our project). I usually had to call to follow up on a projected date for the work to be done, but calls were returned. Once we had a firm date for installation all went well. They arrived as planned, competed the work and left the areas they worked in clean. I was pleased with all of the work that was completed. Overall I was satisfied with the work that was done. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Installed a frameless shower door, window blinds and insulation removal with new insulation blown in attic space.

From first contact for estimate to the installation completed during a frigid single digit without complaint and even a smile on the poor installer's face the people at Choo Choo were professional, dependable and provided quality service.
Description of Work: Installed FG batt insulation in crawl space plus vapor barrier, FG insulation in walls, Baffles in Attic and did foam air seal at vulnerable areas such as wall plates, windows, doors, electrical wiring entry.

 + 1 moreAll went well. Probably busy, it took a couple of call times to make an appointment. Big selection on colors and size. The install went fast and looks really good. There was one minor correction needed and they were very prompt to come back out. Would use them again.

In particular, they: *responded promptly to request for an estimate *answered all questions prior to beginning work *gave us a very detailed quote - and stuck to it *responded promptly to all emails *reassured us over our concerns about dust - and followed through *were prompt with their work, and we came home to a clean house *did a great job - even the EPB inspector was impressed *handled our EPB rebate paperwork for us *gave us a good referral for an electrician for some work that needed to be done before we could safely install insulation *were just super nice One of the best experiences with a home improvement contractor we've ever had.

Description of Work: Insulated three attic spaces (2 side attics and 1 upper attic. This included using foam board and air sealing all spaces before blowing insulation. Overall two days of work.

 + 0 moreThey did a great job. It only took about 5 hours and they showed up on time and cleaned up all their mess. They did miss a spot, but after contacting the foreman, they will be back Monday to complete. I was concerned about the color, but it ended up matching perfectly. The workers were very personable and accomodating.
