Had to fix several leaks from CCM work. They will flake on a minutes notice and not tell you. Don't bother.

Don’t bother. Some of the work wasn’t bad but the communication and honesty were lacking severely. I was quoted for a bathroom and a closet. Chad found a way to charge me more than the original estimate. Also, he refused to install shelves in the closet and the door on the shower and stated they were not included in his estimate. I don’t see how you don’t include that considering you picked up the shower for me and knew that I wanted shelves. He also stated that he would install all fixtures- a box of fixtures was left that was never installed. The Sheetrock guy that he hired did a terrible job and left a mess in my house on several occasions. Was lied to about start date on two occasions and was told the job would take a week and it ended up taking a month. He may undercut other contractors on price but you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Our experience with the owner and company has been disastrous. Private message me for details. CCM, clearly at my home you didn't meet expectations. We hired you based on your promises. Yet you failed to keep them, often not showing up at our home when you promised you would. Hired you in July, started August 10. End of September 27 you were not 1/4 way finished with the job, and that's the day you damaged 3 rooms in our home. We gave you 3 weeks to make amends or come to us with a solution that would not cost us more money. No. All you cared about was not filing with your liability insurance because you said, "they will raise my rates". Really well my insurance is raising my rates, because I had to file the claim. CCM (Chad), I am deeply disappointed, more than that actually. I am hurt; I am reeling from shock and dismay that you caused extensive damages and have not owned up to them. you never even apologized for the damages; never said you were sorry, and you say it's not your fault. Well, we did not tie in water and fail to check on it, but you did Chad. You refused to file a liability claim and we were forced to file our insurance, and we will have the fallout of increased rates. While you enjoyed THANKSGIVING and Christmas we sat in a house torn apart, without any decoration or family because we have nowhere to sit down. Tell FB how that's okay. I'm really sad because we were coming to your church at your invitation. Now with your behavior and lacking ethical standards how could we? You did not ever try to make this right. We saw you at court and all you could do was defend yourself. Never once saying okay let me make reparations or compensate you somehow. We would have been open to that. How can you as a contractor, Christian, man, family man, employer set this type of example, especially to your young apprentice. On court day, after it was remanded to a higher court, you were so happy. You invited us to lunch and said to us, "call me". CALL YOU? US CALL YOU? After all the hurt, the pain, the loss, my illnesses due to the dust and dirt in my home, we are to call you. Do you really think that's okay Chad. We are not your parents, but we were taught to do the right thing. We've taken losses doing the right thing. Thomas had his own business and he always did the right thing. Maybe because we don't go to church with you, you treated us this way? Is that true. I hate to be at discord with anyone, but we are so devastated about this and you especially. I would not be able to sleep at night if I had done what you did to us to a friend, or neighbor, or client. How do you sleep at night? I hope this is a lesson to you. Start a job, finish the job.
