Benjamin was on time and very professional. That is hard to find these days, especially in wood shake roofing. I would definitely call Webb Brothers Roofing the next time I need roof repair.

He inspected my ceiling, attic and roof for the source of a leak, determined the location to be around the chimney and the roof near the chimney. He sealed everything.

The last people who worked on that part of the roof left lots of nails all in the yard. Our feet didn't appreciate that, our pets didn't, and our lawnmower didn't! These guys didn't, and even covered some of the slack from them.

I made an appointment through Home advisor and was contacted by Benjamin Webb and the appointment was set. He arrived promptly as scheduled was very friendly and greeted me with a firm handshake ( us traditional guys already think that is enough to gauge a man's true personality) I like a nice firm handshake when meeting someone. He went on the roof did an assessment and we then went into the garage attic to take a look further. He determined it was a few nail pops and he fixed them with some sealant and I thanked him profusely for his services. Something I could do but my wife wouldn't want me on the roof so I was glad he could take care of such a simple job to him but would of been a bit dangerous for me. I told him thank you again and he said write us a nice review if you are satisfied so here it is. If I have anything further going on with my roof Webb Brothers Roofing will be the first and only call I will make. Hands down the friendliest and best people around North Georgia and I will also be referring Webb Brothers to our community web page for our Home Owners Association; Villages At Castleberry and surrounding communities. The contractor found some hail damage that I was not aware. He volunteered to meet with my insurance adjuster to see what we can do about repair or roof replacement. This is exceptional service. I found Webb Brothers to be very responsive and professional. I look forward to working with them further.

Overall great experience. However, I am not able to provide a 5 because the repair to roof is not something I can visually review. Only time will tell if the repair was quality work. The response time, promptness and customer service level was excellent.

Great experience from the first phone call! Very courteous service. They called and scheduled an appointment and arrived on time ready to make the repair! Very fair price. I was relieved that it was less than I expected to pay. I'll definitely recommend and use them again!

Brandon was right on time, took a look at the problem from the attic and was immediately able to find the problem on the roof. He fixed the issue with the decking nail, inspected and re-sealed all my plumbing vents and even took the time to fix a piece of trim on a gable while he was up there. Would highly recommend this company for any roof work you may need. Very professional, courteous and good value for the work. When my roof needs replacing in the next 10 years or so, I will be calling these guys.

I submitted my project on Homeadvisor and Webb Brothers called me within 30 - 40 min. I explained the repair and he told me he would call me on Friday before coming to do the repair. (The price quoted over the phone was very fair for a estimate.) Friday am they called and said I was scheduled for 4:30. At 4:20 truck pulls up drive and the man looks at problem gets his ladder and all items needed and was up and down ladder packed up DONE. I asked how much and he said the price was what he quoted me. I paid him and he was very nice in explaining what went wrong and why roof leaked. I could not believe how easy it was to do business with Webb Brothers. It has been raining and flooding here for 3 days now and the leak is gone. These guys are amazing! Call them if you need any roofing work, they really know what they are doing and there is no runaround with scheduling or price.

Had roof & gutters cleaned and shingles treated for algae stains. Webb brothers are reliable, hard working pair. The roof and surrounding yard was cleaned of debris to my satisfaction and a non chemical application was applied to the shingles. They explained that is a slow working treatment that will remove the stains over time with rain and wind. So I'll have to give it some time before commenting about the results but I will say they were very detail oriented in applying the treatment.
