I contacted Brandon about repairing a roof on my rental property. The roof was old and had areas of tree damage. He was very eager to get started to begin with and things seemed to go smoothly. We discussed replacing the roof and any damaged and rotted areas from the fallen tree. We ended up paying a larger quote than what was originally quoted, but was explained by Brandon as needed expenses. A few months after the completion, my renters called and said the soffit was hanging down from the front corner exposing a hole. After contacting Brandon, he said it wasn’t in the contract (even though it was discussed) but would come look at it and get it repaired. It seems to me if you can add on thousands of dollars to repair needed things, that you could call and ask about a rotted area with no place to attach soffit, instead of leaving soffit hanging a hole for animals to potentially get in. After giving me a date and time, it has yet to be repaired. Multiple calls and text and it’s always one excuse or another, or no response at all. Yet he answers if I call from another number. If you want good, honest, quality service call someone else.

Inspection was done late on a Wednesday and repairs were done by early the following Friday afternoon. Brandon was very professional and did a great job. I will contact him for all other roofing jobs in the future.

Benjamin was very professional and right on time like he said the day before. Very kind and knowledgable about what I needed. I liked that he didn't try to up sell me on something I didn't want. Webb brothers roofing will be the only company I call for a roof problem.

(Called provider regarding installation of gutter guards on 3/21/2016. Spoke with co-owner Ben. He told me he would have his brother and co-owner Brandon contact me to set up a meeting time to get the info for an estimate. Brandon called the next day to set up a meeting time. We met at my house the following day. After a pleasant talk he proceeded to measure the gutters on my house. He had no materials (paper) to write his results. I asked him what type of gutter guards were available and to give me his recommendations. He told me he would submit a quote via e-mail for each type and his recommendation within the week. I asked him if he needed my e-mail and his response was to send him an e-mail and he would reply (strange?). I obliged and sent him and e-mail the next day thanking him for coming by. A week went by with no response. After two weeks(4/4/2016) I called his cell and asked him the status of the quote. He said I would receive the quote that afternoon. Another week has passed with no response. I would think if he did not want the job just say so. I told him I found his business on Angie's List. He proceeded to tell me that he is also on HomeAdvisor as well.

Ahead of Brandon's arrival, I was very impressed with his professionalism on the phone and his concern for meeting my schedule. Very accommodating. When he arrived, he did a very thorough survey of the attic and consulted with me on where and how to do the installation. He also explained what he was going to do so that the roof didn't leak after the installation. I have no clue how I should install something into the roof, but after talking to him, I felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing and was confident that he could do the installation successfully. The work went quicker than he expected, so he actually reduced the price that he had quoted me in advance. That was a very strong statement about his integrity. I would definitely recommend them to others.
