NGE heating and air conditioning

We have used them for 30 years and have a contract with them. Always satisfied.

They are good. They come out twice a year to check our heating and air and whenever we have an emergency or anything. They also do our rent house. I have had to work with others and they are quite comparable. They are very quick. Every once in a while you get stuck behind somebody. They are reliable and I would tell others to use them. They are reasonably priced.

Tech id'd problem quickly and resolved same. Was fair and honest.

A team of two plumbers showed up a few minutes late. They quickly identified the problem, explained what they were going to do to fix it, and had it resolved in a matter of minutes. They were friendly, clean-cut, and professional.

When I first made the appointment, I was told that it would be NINE DAYS before anyone could come out and fix my AC. honestly, at that point my first reaction was to go with somebody else...but unfortunately I didn't. instead, I thought "we have been customers of theirs for eighteen years...let's tough it out for the home team"...and so that's what I did. The temps were in the high 80's in my bedroom, and it was getting hotter by the minute, but I just sweated, and waited for my scheduled appointment date. in the meantime I had some trouble with my phone, and had to update the firmware, etc. which took most of the day yesterday. When I get my phone back up, there's a message from NGE, saying they just needed to confirm the appointment for Saturday. I called them back, and they had GIVEN MY APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE. Needless to say, I was livid. I called around, it was at least 4-5 days before anybody could come out...if I had said "forget NGE" to start with, I would probably have AC service right now. If you choose to go with them, and they give you a RIDICULOUSLY LONG wait time, just go with someone else. They obviously have too much business already, and it's just not worth the trouble.

Technician was very nice & professional. I appreciated his honesty that nothing was really wrong with my unit and that I didn't have to buy anything! This was my first contact with NGE, and it was limited, but the experience was very positive.

Repaired gas furnace.

Arrived as promised to assess the situation. Gave me a quote to replace the AC. Arrived again as scheduled and replaced the AC quickly.

Great, quick response even after hours, through inspection and repair at a reasonable price. Would recommend to friends and neighbors!

We have always had a good experience. They were very responsive.

They've been very responsive and they do a good job. They are available and they will see it through. I had a couple of unusual problems with the old system and they had to keep at it. They finally found an electronic component that was causing the problem and it wasn't normal but they were persistent. They came and when they couldn't fix the system, they then came a second and third time. They didn't charge me for the second and third time they came.

I have used them several times. They come when they say they are going to be here. They are honest and reasonable with pricing and repairs.

Today they came to do the fall service. They called before the technician arrived which I think is an excellent customer service touch. The visit was quick; everyone who has come so far has been very professional. No additional charge today, it was all covered under the service agreement.

The air conditioner was not blowing cold air and I did not know when the last repair had been done so I called for someone to come and diagnose the problem. The technician arrived on time. He was courteous, polite and professional. He gave me a full explanation of the problem and the cost before he completed any work. He had all of the parts he needed with him and was able to complete the work without any delays.
