Did an excellent job with inspectors on the job at least three times insuring quality of work. Even following up since the job was finished to see if we had problems

Once they got into the job it was discovered that there was more extensive damage from a preexisting leak. Medians contact For my job let me know up front and even made effort to show me the damage. Once they actually physically started the roof it was completed very quickly and cleaned up. I hope to never have any more roofing problems but I will certainly call them if I do.

Midian was very professional. Old roof had to be removed. They cleaned up all debris and found only one roofing nail on the ground after they finished. On a scale of 1 to 10 for pricing they were an 8. The crew was a pleasure to work with. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

They had about five employees come out and they completed the work in one day. They just did what they said they were going to do; so many people are not dependable these days. They seemed to do a good job for me.

It never got pst the visit.... The tech never called back after his visit

My mother-in-law noticed a leak in her roof. We called Meridian Roofing and a representative visited within 24 hours exactly when he said he would be there. After he surveyed the problem he set to work repairing the roof. As he left he said that he hoped that his work would fix the problem but to check the next time it rained. Following the next rain the roof was still leaking so we called Meridian and they immediately sent a worker back to repair the leak at no extra charge. After checking following the next rain it appeared that the leak had been successfully repaired. We know that leaks are sometimes extremely hard to locate and repair so we don't fault the company for not finding it the first time. Thier quick response to the second call and doing the additional work at no extra charge was commendable. The personnel were friendly, professional, and reliable. I would not hesitate to call them again for further repairs or roofing matters.

A representative from Midian roofing came out and accessed the source of the leak in our storage room downstairs;it was determined that our roof suffered much damage due to hail and wind during the April storms that passed through the area. He was able to put mud on the possible source of the leak and requested that I contact my insurance agent for possible roof replacement. My insurance appraiser determined/confirmed the damage assessed by Midian roofing;I submitted the insurance appraisal to Midian and within a day or so, they came back with a detail task/cost to perform the needed repair. It was inline with the insurance appraisal; Midian roofing was most coorporative and willing to work with me within the estimate.They replaced my roof in two days and the clean up went well. I would recommend Midian to all my neighbors and friends in Rome and the surrounding area for a compotent and trusting roofing contractor.

1.The job took two days 2.Came on time 3.They had the work done so fast and cleaned up .... It never was an issue. I have never had such a wonderful experience with contractors as I did with this company.

Midian's Fort Mill office was very helpful. They worked with us and our insurance company to make sure our claim got in. It wasn't their fault with the time delay, but they were patient. Once the claim went through, they came out within a couple days and got the roofed taken care of within the same afternoon. They also gave us a free upgrade on our shingles, which we really appreciated. They went over and above.

I received the estimate within 24 hours of first contact. They started the job when promised and finished as promised. Every single day, they cleaned the mess from tearing off the old roof. They actually cleaned more than their mess, they cleaned some of ours - such as raking behind and between the shrubbery and sweeping the driveway and sidewalk. We didn t find a single nail anywhere in the yard anytime during or after the job was completed. The warranty they provide is excellent. In addition to the warranty on the shingles, they also warranty their labor for 5 years. We are pleased beyond words.
