Description of Work: I called JKL on a Sunday late afternoon with a problem with a backed up basement toilet. Lois showed up within minutes and determined that the sewer line was backed up. He had a large snake machine and after removing the toilet and snaking the sewer pipe, he got flow back. He was not totally satisfied with the results and called the local sewer dept. I could not believe my eyes when thirty minutes later a giant sewer truck from the sanitation department showed up and took care of the rest of the problem. Mind you by this time it was after dark. The city charged nothing and Lois was there for several hours. I can not say enough about how reasonable and attentive this man was. Apparently he does everything from simple repairs to painting to landscaping. If you need home repairs in the Rome area, this is the guy to call.
