Description of Work: The provider built a large deck for us that I reviewed around 10/2010 and provided the details in that review. They did an excellent job. I have not had any contact with them since 2010.

Description of Work: A deck measuring approximaely18' X 36' was added to the back of our house with rails and 2 gates with steps down to ground level. The deck was approximately 3 feet off the ground. The work was performed according to estimate and finsihed in 3 days. The materials were completely cleaned up after the deck was finished and the deck has held up without any problems. The crew of 3 were very professional.

+ 1 moreJack provided us with an itemized estimate withing 3 days. One we agreed, construction was started the next week. Jack coordinated all aspects of the construction in such a way that construction was continuous with no lost time. In fact the whole job was done with military precision. The quality of work exceeded local builing codes. Jack visited the job frequently to check the quality of the work. He has a very sharp eye and was able to identify things that needed to be done or changed. All of his workers and sub-contractors were top-notch. The job was finished on schedule with a beautiful result. This is the second time we have used Jack Pearson Construction for a project and each one was accomplished in a timely and professional manner.
Description of Work: In order to expand our kitchen, we added a 6'x12' addition to the house which included a basement. We replaced all the cabinets, floor tile and appliances.
