Googe Tree Service and Design

I called Mr. Googe to give me an estimate of the work we wanted and he was able to arrive in two days to look at the work. This was a week before Christmas so he said it would be a few days after Christmas before he could do the work. As promised, he returned 5 days after Christmas and completed the work in a few hours. He left the area neat and clean with the brush in my burn pile as agreed. We also decided to prune my 4 crepe myrtles while he was here for an additional $60. A large tree required climbing to remove a large limb. Smaller trees were able to be trimmed from the ground . His charge for the tree trimming was $300 as estimated. I was very pleased with his service, price, and results.

The crew broke several stepping stones...Mr Stephen Googe assured me they would be replaced...they have not been. Several more stepping stones are just plain missing...who knows where they are..I was told they would be replaced...they have not been. I was told they would need to dig up several plants that were near the tree being taken down and that they would be watered and replanted back with soil conditioner...his crew used one of my pots that had cuttings in it that I was rooting without my permission and when I had to call Mr Googe about the plants not being put back his crew came back and half assed planted the plants back (several plants are missing) they dumped all the dirt in my pot along w my cuttings I was trying to root where ever they replanted the plants. There is a pathway down the bank in my yard where the stepping stones are\were I have called Mr Googe about the stones being dislocated and missing and I totally understand the mess it was, however, the stones have not been replaced nor have they been properly dug into the ground so they do not slip when they are stepped on. There was a piece of rebar that had flower pots on it....I myself moved the flower pots out of the crews way...who knows where my rebar went? They dug up a black drain pipe..I had to call them back to come rebury it....they strung out out over the top of fresh pine straw n left it. They left tire marks in my front yard...I assumed they would at least rake the dirt back smooth...they did not. The first day they were here they blew off all the sawdust n such and I was impressed... It did not last..they left sawdust everywhere although they had a backpack blower to use. It is all over my walkway, my back steps and at my back basement door. To top off all the above the crew smoked and flipped their cigarette butts in my yard a landscaping. My yard is nothing spectacular by any means, however, I have worked h****** it n it certainly does not look as Mr Googe told me it would look after they finished. I have texted, spoke to, and sent pictures to Mr Googe and was told he would make it right, however, they did not appear on this day, April 14, 2014 to do anything and it rained today so u can imagine the sticky sawdust mess now that is tracked into my home every time I or my dogs go outside...I even picked up the cigarette butts that I found n left them on the back porch stoop for them to see to take a hint to pick the nasty things up...they did not!! I have pictures if anyone who would consider using this company should see before u decide to use them...as it stands now I will be out another 200=300 $ to replace stepping stones, plants, rebar n pay someone else to fix the stepping stones back the way they were when this company arrived to wreak havoc on my home grounds! As I did not hear from Mr Googe all day today, I called him yet again, to this time(6:59 pm) I have had no reply. I shall report him as well to the better business bureau..I also just had a call from my neighbor whom had bee approached by Mr Googe and asked if they could pile some brush on the neighbors property, the neighbors told them that they could however they took it to the extreme, the neighbors are calling as well to complain on this company. Several of their trees were damaged by the crew of Googe landscaping and will need to be taken down as well.
