+ -1 moreWhen I called to ask the price for installing a microwave they quoted me $75. When they came to install, the actual charge was $125 as they told me there was also a $50 service call fee. I felt that this was misleading. I was not pleased with their service.

+ -1 moreWe were rather broke so we took it in to their shop to get it fixed. It saved us a service call. They fixed it for 45.00 right off and helped me get it back on the truck. It took maybe 30 minutes.The repair has held well for over a year now and the oven/stove still works great. There was a little stray cat they were caring for in the building that we found out later they'd help find a home for. That sort of thing is nice to see in a business as we are animal lovers too, and it would have been run over if they'd not taken it in. Seemed like good people that actually wanted to help people. Very knowledgeable. They were very nice to deal with and seemed to understand that our budget was tight. Real asset to our community.
Description of Work: My stove went bad and wouldn't work at all. He gave us the option to replace the part or another fix he knew bypassing some of the electronics. We chose the 2nd cheaper method b/c we were broke - the entire repair was 45.00 and the oven works great now. It's been a year.

+ 0 moreIt went great. He got here went straight to work. Talked with me about cleaning out my kids pockets from now on. I had used him before to fix my garbage disposal and also my dishwasher. He is a super nice guy and does a great job at a great price. And if he is backed up he will tell you so and not make you wait around all day.
Description of Work: Came out on short notice because my dryer crashed and I was having company coming in for weekend. Took apart top of my front loader, pulled out some metal that had got stuck. Also pullled dryer out unhooked hose and cleaned out lint vent which was in an odd angle therefore very time consuming. All the while telling me what he was doing, and doing it with a smile.
