Description of Work: Replaced water heater, same day that I called, and $300 less than the other top-rated plumber in town who was going to do the job 2 weeks after I first called them!!!

+ -1 moreThey came and assessed the situation and found the problem and did what they have to do. It took them less than a day to figure out what was going on and they fixed the issue. The sump was clogged over time. They had to drain. They got a suction vacuum to suck out everything out of it and they found out it was like some roots that kind of destroyed the pipe or something was able to fix that. It was not something major. They are pretty handy people. They are fair and honest. Price was fair enough. They did it quick. They did not damage anything. They cleaned up. I left them a voice mail and they called right back as soon as I hanged up. They gave me exact time they would be in and they showed up.

They cleared the plumbing of an excess of hair and provided free advice on how to prevent the issue in the future; not something I expect from someone who would profit from me calling them. They were friendly, fast, and traced the problem within seconds. They were very professional.

Description of Work: Came out and attempted to cap off busted water line so tenant could have water in the kitchen until they could come back and do repairs since they did not have parts. This was unsuccessful as there was another busted water line. Said did not have supplies on hand for repairs so agreed to come back the following Monday. This was on Saturday. I, the landlord, called them Monday morning and they tried to put me off until Wednesday. Tenants had been without water for five days so I called someone else. While they were there they cut out the bottom of the bathroom vanity, pipes were under the floor, so that did nothing but damage. Now I need a new vanity. Plumber I called had all repairs done in less than an hour. Don't waste your time with these guys.

I called my usual plumber who turned out to be busy and referred me to Crider Plumbing, indicating he trusted them highly and often referred overflow work to them.
